The Bee Cave Starbucks on 71 is my go to café. The people that work there seem to treat you like family. It just feels a little more welcoming than most places I go to. Patricia is fantastic. She could be speaking with four or five people, but she will always say hello to people as they come in. You can tell she treats her staff like family and it shows in how the business is operated. Thanks for the great service snd coffee.

Its currently 10:38 am on Friday, July 11th. They are pretty busy, but everyone seems so on top of everything. And the person who took my order was super friendly! Would recomend to anyone.

Best Starbucks in the Austin area and I have visited just about all of them. Employees are actually personable; always kind with greetings and the feel is just different than other stores I have been to. Drinks have always been presented quickly and accurately. I come here all the time due to the above and will continue to.

Props to the current management and the employees. If you haven't been in a while I suggest you visit now.

I just want to say the lady that was there at 8pm on 6/22 made my day! She had a wonderful smile and was so nice it was so unexpected. Thank you to her. My matcha and lemon loaf were great as well❤️

Visited for an quick coffee break while on shopping nearby. Located close to Highway 71 close to HEB. ONLINE ORDERS accepted. Coffee is served hot. Courteous staff. Will recommend in south Austin. Have a nice cafe

Amazing morning manager and staff. Came in at opening at 4:30am Sunday May 18 and the manager was wide awake with a bright friendly personality and gave us the best experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. She gave us lovely ceramic cups for our here order, had fantastic music playing, and proactively offered a refill to-go. Super clean location and great leadership that genuinely cares about customer experience. Please give her a raise. She made our day and makes me want to be a regular 🥹

I have gotten my coffee here almost every morning for over three and a half years now, and I am always greeted with a good morning and a big smile not to mention a consistently great cup coffee. What a great way to start your day! Great staff and customer service!!!
