I've never seen a Starbucks where the Barista appears to be working in slow motion. He just seemed annoyed. It took them 15 minutes to make my drink and during that time I saw another person walk out and leave their order. There was only one barista and he clearly has a bone to pick with someone. This is a great location and definitely needs a better staff. Or at least a better barista. I think the rest of the staff looked competent and thoughtful

Do NOT order from this store through Uber Eats or any other delivery app!!! If they get the order wrong or your MISSING HALF THE ORDER.. you are on your own!! Went to the store the let them know and they didn’t offer me any help at all.. just told me once it leaves the store it’s not their responsibility. Funny thing.. half the order never left their store. Thanks for nothing Starbucks.. I don’t usually leave reviews like this.. but I figure a multimillion dollar company could … I don’t know.. throw me a gift card for my trouble. Lord knows I spend enough money there.. lol. Guess it pays to stick to the smaller chains like Summer Moon.

This was the best Starbucks experience I’ve had. I came here 3 days in a row when in town for a work trip. Every single employee was very friendly and made our drinks quickly and efficiently with a smile, even during the crazy morning rush. They all deserve a raise!

I come here often. Usually in the morning. They are so busy all the time and have great customer service. They work as efficiently as they can even though they are short staffed like many businesses. I appreciate their efforts and hard work.

Two times in a week our tall flat whites plus a shot have been weak, bitter and watery. Called the store after this second experience. The young lady who answered was kind and interested to know my experience. She mentioned she thought they had that fixed last week. She thanked me for taking the time to let her know. That leaves only $10+ of undrinkable flat whites in our cup holders. ?
