Every time I go here you wait forever in line. Today we actually gave up a d left. 3 people, 1 taking orders !!! I think and then making drinks and serving at snails pace. The other wiping the counter, with total disinterested then decides to help (massive queue waiting) the other one just looking through a book. Not wasting another minute of my life at this starbucks.

Manager and barista were both extremely rude and unprofessional today 10/25. I’m shocked Starbucks would tolerate such a blatant abuse of their brand and reputation by hiring these employees. The only girl that actually tried to help was at the register, clearly she hadn’t been corrupted by the other two yet. Won’t be returning and spreading the word to stay far away from this location. Order is never right and the drinks always taste off in a weird way.

Went there to get some caffeine after shopping. They made my partner's drink well, but for whatever reason my matcha latte had espresso in it and tasted terrible. Wasn't worth paying $6 for a drink I would just end up tossing.

DONT GO HERE!!! This place is incredibly unsanitary. I ordered my coffee and a roach crawled across the counter. I immediately jumped back while the employees argued over who had to kill it. The girl stated that’s not my job while another used a cup to catch it. Then didn’t wash her hands and made my coffee. I was so disgusted I threw it in the trash. I wasn’t even offered a refund. It was disgustingly unprofessional and gross. Now I got to a different location even though it’s highly inconvenient. I guess the ones inside Target really don’t care at all.

This place is never in a hurry. Employees chatting and moving at a snails pace. They are always out of things as well. Maybe understaffed. Starbucks needs to help this location out

Unless you wanna wait 20 minutes for a drink then I don’t recommend going here. I would have rather of going to the actual Starbucks 5 minutes away. The people that work there have no sense of urgency. I ordered a Java chip frap with no Java chips in it. Isn’t that the whole point of the drink? I just left and took my drink because I was not gonna wait an extra 20 minutes to have it remade. C’’mon Starbucks do better
