Starbucks

Went there to get some caffeine after shopping. They made my partner's drink well, but for whatever reason my matcha latte had espresso in it and tasted terrible. Wasn't worth paying $6 for a drink I would just end up tossing.

This is my local Starbucks as I just moved to south Austin. Can the manager please make it mandatory to sweep the floors. I feel unsanitary

Worst starbucks in Austin.. they doesn't care the customer service we spent 70 dlls and i have missing half of my order

DONT GO HERE!!! This place is incredibly unsanitary. I ordered my coffee and a roach crawled across the counter. I immediately jumped back while the employees argued over who had to kill it. The girl stated that’s not my job while another used a cup to catch it. Then didn’t wash her hands and made my coffee. I was so disgusted I threw it in the trash. I wasn’t even offered a refund. It was disgustingly unprofessional and gross. Now I got to a different location even though it’s highly inconvenient. I guess the ones inside Target really don’t care at all.

Do you all check the expiration date on your products, my caramel ribbon crunch was so sour yor milk or cream is bad, poor excuse for only 2 people working you should have everything up to date

This place is never in a hurry. Employees chatting and moving at a snails pace. They are always out of things as well. Maybe understaffed. Starbucks needs to help this location out

Daniella was so nice and asked great questions when I didn’t know what I wanted. Best cup of coffee I’ve ever had!

Unless you wanna wait 20 minutes for a drink then I don’t recommend going here. I would have rather of going to the actual Starbucks 5 minutes away. The people that work there have no sense of urgency. I ordered a Java chip frap with no Java chips in it. Isn’t that the whole point of the drink? I just left and took my drink because I was not gonna wait an extra 20 minutes to have it remade. C’’mon Starbucks do better

It's the worst pink drink I've ever had. They didn't put strawberry in it, it tasted like warm milk, The next time I want to drink milk, I'll drink it at home.

Got a cold brew here yesterday that tasted like it had either mold, or some kind of cleaning chemical, or both in it. It was so foul i could not drink it. Also, I work in the service industry and understand that customer service is tough, but the staff here were astoundingly apathetic and seemed very out of it.

Although the website states this location closes at 9 they close at 8. I walked in at 8:55 and Gabrielle so graciously took my drink order for 5 drinks. So thankful for her tonight cause I promised my people starbucks and because of her I was able to come through.
