Unless you wanna wait 20 minutes for a drink then I don’t recommend going here. I would have rather of going to the actual Starbucks 5 minutes away. The people that work there have no sense of urgency. I ordered a Java chip frap with no Java chips in it. Isn’t that the whole point of the drink? I just left and took my drink because I was not gonna wait an extra 20 minutes to have it remade. C’’mon Starbucks do better

Got a cold brew here yesterday that tasted like it had either mold, or some kind of cleaning chemical, or both in it. It was so foul i could not drink it. Also, I work in the service industry and understand that customer service is tough, but the staff here were astoundingly apathetic and seemed very out of it.

Although the website states this location closes at 9 they close at 8. I walked in at 8:55 and Gabrielle so graciously took my drink order for 5 drinks. So thankful for her tonight cause I promised my people starbucks and because of her I was able to come through.

This is the absolute worst star bucks I've ever been to! There is no customer service!! I waited at the register with several employees in-front of me talking they looked at me and just continued talking I waited a few minutes for someone to come take my order but they just ignored me. There was no greeting no one minute I'll be right with you nothing... I won't be back.

We had a a really bad experience with two young ladies that believe that it was ok to make fun of a client that they believe didn't know the correct name of a drink and laughed at

They were Confused about orders, I don't know who's fault it was, but really they we're mixed up. Orders without names, things coming out of order if there was more than one item. On the plus side they were very friendly and helpful, I just feel like the traffic they get is crazy.
Ive visited this Starbucks a good 10-15 times and at least 5 of those times they have had issues not being able to accept payments or just flat out wouldn't open the store due to "electrical issues" I understand incidents happen and there's nothing you can do when someone doesn't show up to work but don't lie about it multiple times and say it's "electrical" This store is obviously poorly managed and could use a overhauling in that area.

We're super quick with our three drinks and two sandwiches staff was really friendly and very patient had caramel crunch in stock which made my day and out of all the Starbucks I've been to they were the best by far

For the fourth time in a row my mobile ordered nitro cold brew took 40 minutes to be ready after I submitted my order. If this happened once I would understand but 4 times in a row proves how poorly this location is run.
