They shut the door on my face at 9:10pm when it is clearly states that closing time is 10 pm. Starbucks is not same as used to be this new generation no longer wants to work!!!

Horrible experience, coffee tasted like mop water, so much Ice, and the baristas look like they are being overworked and worn out. I do not recommend coming here at all, they also have a homeless problem as well.

Drink was all messed up made super sloppy had chocolate all. Over my cup it got on my Cloth made a mess the drink didn't taste like normal
Went there every day while we were staying in Austin near the airport while attending the MotoGP race at COTA. The coffee was hot and the food was good, David was very nice.

I’ve been taking this location for granted! I ordered through the app on a Saturday 7:30am and the crew at that time was VERY welcoming which made me feel warm and I take a sip of the great made drink.
I looked at the cup because it was so good then I see the little note! (Mind you, no Starbucks has done this and I’ve ordered in multiple other states.) 📝 BRING THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Definitely not a ‘third place’. Staff very anti-customer. The manager is a sarcastic piece of work. I have personally seen him in two different arguments aside from my interaction this morning. Slowest Starbucks in town. Took 20 min to pull my espresso bc the barista was pulling random tickets, asking if they were there and making their drinks ahead. I will never darken the door to this location again. My office also orders large quantities several times a week and we’ll be switching to the location closer to downtown.
