The drive thru staff was rude and dismissive. I ordered a iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso and it tasted worse than 7 eleven coffee. Awful.

This location is frequently too busy. The drinks offered are likely out of stock and when so busy they sometimes say they don’t offer sale of food - just so they can keep up with the drinks. Understaffed. Better to hit a different location

Went to get Starbucks like every morning. Except this morning I Only had 100 bill and they wouldn't take it. So they had to cancel my order and I had to take off. I never even pay cash but I forgot my card today and well screw me.

The drive-through employees at this location have been consistently rude and dismissive. Today at around 5:20 PM, I ordered a Venti Pink Drink, and when it was handed to me, I could immediately tell something was off. The drink looked and tasted sour, clearly not made correctly.
When I tried to get the cashier’s attention, she had her back turned to me. Once she finally turned around, she gave me an annoyed expression. I showed her the drink, and without saying a word, she snatched it from my hand.
This kind of attitude and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Customers deserve respectful service and properly made drinks, especially when we’re paying for them. I hope this issue is addressed, as this experience was very disappointing.

The employees here are consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time I place an order, they manage to get it wrong, even when it’s something straight from the menu. I usually go through the drive-thru, and I’m always met with attitude. The staff often ignore or dismiss me when I point out an issue with my drink, even though I’m paying for it. Considering the drinks cost around $8, the least they could do is make them correctly and treat customers with respect.
