Received my bacon Gouda with no bacon, didn’t realize till I got home. The sandwich was also thrown together as if whoever made it was in a very bad mood. I come here a lot so this was disappointing

However, today’s visit to this particular Starbucks definitely left me speechless… this was one of the coldest service I have ever encountered by a barista/manager… additionally my order was completely incorrect… how does one screw-up a venti brewed coffee with with milk?
I can’t help to wonder why this occurred, I would think maybe because the location was busy at 6:15am… but, I was the only person in the store.
After speaking to a few co-workers regarding morning ordeal; my co-workers politely pointed out to me that I am NOT pigmented challenged and this is somewhat normal behavior/interaction for this part of the USA.

I am baffled at the lack of management from JT. He is sitting in lobby with only 1 barista behind the bar working on 15 drink orders. He sees I’m waiting to order jumps up, does not wash his hand, and takes my order like I’m inconveniencing him. Andy, the barista, super friendly and shout out to him. Hire better leadership and learn how to support your staff and give customer service. with my whole experience taking over 15 minutes for a tall americano and sandwich which got cold waiting for the drink.

One of the best coffees shops I have gotten to visit. This location blends the perfect balance of location, size, ombiance and customer service. Jacob was my barista today and showed great service, attention to detail in my order and initiative in cleaning the seating area. Even the manager spoke to customers and had incredible positive energy. I'll be back here for sure.
Parking: This location is in a shopping center so it has all the room anyine could need.
Kid-friendliness: Multiple families came through and the items for sale allowed the kids to pick their own items because they were at their respected height.

So, yesterday I was very excited about the fall menu coming out, as a basic Gay Austin male is. The husband and I wanted to split the apple shaken espresso, so we got it. It was honestly the best Starbucks drink I’ve had in so long. It was made to perfection. Well, today we wanted another one because it was so good yesterday, unfortunately this time we were at the Westgate location and let’s just say…the drink was not anywhere near as great. Very very disappointing. If you see this review and want the new fall menu, come here for sure!

Im in town for the week, and came Sunday evening and had the nicest barrista. I order the same drink any where i go, 4 shots of blonde espresso on ice add cinnamon powder. Hes the first person to ask if i wanted it mixed in the shots as they are pouring, i said sure ive never tried that. GAME CHANGER!!!! It was so freaking delicious!! Thank you! I didnt get his name, but he a young, black guy with curly hair. He was so nice, and welcoming! Appreciate you! And now will get my drink made like this going forward! If i lived here id be going to this location and a regular like I am back home!

How does Starbucks get so many grumpy people who don't want to give good service working in their stores across the country? Stop telling everybody they're doing being a customer incorrectly and just put out drinks. When Starbucks one day eventually goes out of business it will be based on their hiring practices... Where do you find so many Gremlins? Starbucks is so progressive, the staff can have any color hair or any outfits they want...no undershirts or grooming needed... But don't expect fast or accurate coffee orders being put out... Don't be unreasonable. This isn't about you or your coffee. It's only been 14 minutes, and we're living our best lives in here.
