Not dog friendly anymore. That killed the deal for us. You can see photos of people with their dogs that get doggie treats in the store. That all changed after the new manager Ashley came in.Everyone on staff was excellent except for the new manager Ashley. We have been going here every week for 6 months. We know the staff and like them. They pour good coffee and like our dog. Then Ashley comes in and says she has been noticing we brought a dog into the store in the last few weeks, and they can’t have dogs because they “are a food place”.In the end we got a very nice “get out of our store”.

Not dog friendly. Ashley the manager kick us out. My little chihuahua was sleeping on my lap during our meeting. She doesn’t move or cause any problem. Doesn’t get down from my lap. We were going there for 6-9 months without a problem. The staff knows us and likes Zoey. They pet her and offer doggie cups. Then new manager comes in and kicks us out.

We visited this location every day on our nine day stay here in Austin. We made it a point to come back to this location due to the friendliness of the staff. Duke and Aiden were some of the most friendly baristas I have ever encountered. Drinks and food were exactly what I expected. Keep it up guys you rock!

My frappucinno sat in the blender for who knows how long before I decided to inquire about it after waiting almost 10 minutes.i joined my patiently waiting party at a table outside to go over some business stuff . My drink was awful, missing the taste of the added espresso shot not to mention it's watery consistency brought on by the "resting period. because I didn't want to ask my party to wait again I waited til our meeting was finished before bringing the drink back to the counter where the barista admitted to there being issues with espresso strength all day and offering to remake my drink

It doesn't do a lot of good to have handicapped parking and not have a ramp to access the store. Closest parking with a ramp was 10 spots away from Starbucks handicap parking.

I’ve never been to this location, I also will never go back to this location. The barista Jacob treated me as if I didn’t know what I ordered or what I wanted then questioned me about my order. When I asked him to top off my drink with a little more almond milk he looked at me and basically said it seems like you may have ordered the wrong drink. I’ve never been treated like this at any star bucks. Very disappointed at this location and employee. Star bucks customer service is better than this.
