Slowest Starbucks in the area. I was reading the reviews and there are a lot of complaints about the same issue but some still gave 4 and 5 star reviews which is weird. The drive thru line is boxed in as well so you can't leave once you've entered.

Horrible attitude from the baristas at this location 🙄
my mom recently came here and there was this Vietnamese lady working which my mom thought was gonna be helpful because shes also Vietnamese but when she ordered the lady got all hostile with her and started yelling at her for no reason because she couldn’t understand my mom. she rude to Vietnamese customers although she is Vietnamese herself but nice to the white people that had ordered.

I go to Starbucks to work online and I go in at 1:30PM. I order my usual and the barista doesn’t say anything about closing at 2:00PM. When I get my coffee and get my whole system (eg. labtop, charger) set up, they then walk up to me and say they will close at 2:00PM. This is not good customer service as some people go to Starbucks to work. The manager should have instructed the baristas to say we will be closing at 2:00PM BEFORE making an order, otherwise I would have gone to another starbucks.

The app said it would take about 6-12 and I sat there and waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 pastries. I wish I could cancel the order on the app after those 12 minutes.
I had a very disappointing experience with customer service today, May 26th, at around 2 PM. The man on duty was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When I politely asked for sugar for the coffee I ordered, he responded with visible irritation he seemed angry, used aggressive gestures, and refused to make eye contact. It made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected.
The interaction left me wondering if I was being treated this way because I’m Black, which is deeply troubling. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or targeted. I hope the business takes this seriously and addresses how their staff interacts with customers.

Used the drive through. Fast service, yummy breakfast sandwich and refreshing Frappuccino.

I really like this Starbucks location—it's my favorite, and I used to come here quite often. The staff members are great—they’re always friendly and happy, which makes the experience even better. However, one disappointing aspect is how long mobile orders take. Most of the time, I have to remind the staff, or else the order takes forever to be completed and in some case it take more than 30-40 min which is disappointing.

Usually everything is great with my orders. But on my previous order I found a pet hair on my Ham and Swiss croissant it was so unpleasant. I don’t own any pets.
Slowest service ever, and staff who seem begrudged to speak to a customer. Waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order and I couldn’t get anyone to speak to me to ask for an update. Messy and dirty counters and tables. This location needs to hire more staff to actually provide service and not be stretched thin between in store customers and drive through.
They messed up my order. I try to talk to them and they deny it.
