I want to give a special thank you to Darby. I ordered my items and asked for a puppercino for my boy, since it was his last day. They gave him a Grande cup full of whipped cream and he just LOVED it. The staff all signed the cup with messages of support and affirmations and came to the drive through window to say good-bye to him. It was really this special touch that made the customer service exceed expectations. I thank you all for your love and condolences! Thank you for helping my boy go out with a sweet taste!Vegetarian options: The egg whites and roasted red pepper bites are to die for!!

Basic as hell
The bathrooms are so disgusting. I know the employees use those bathrooms and see the dirty toilets, sinks, floors, and smell the filth. I get that they are busy, but the bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy. And when you tell them about it, they say "okay, thank you", and don't clean the bathrooms. They act like they're the only people with jobs. Why not clean the bathrooms before or after their shift? Or when it's not busy. I hope the owner addresses this....Oh, but I bet they expect us to tip them for making us overpriced coffee and heating up already made food, but we can't even use the bathrooms without feeling grossed out. What are we tipping them for again? I don't get tipped for doing my job.....

The drive through workers I’ve encountered at this location are extremely kind, conversational and amiable. Whenever you ask for something extra they give you a good amount and make an effort to make the food right. Lastly we had a pretty large order and they were quick with it. Would recommend.

We love this location! All the employees from the counter to the drive thru are always fun, friendly, helpful and seem to really work together well! They really make this place the best Starbucks location in Austin!We tend to dine in and enjoy the delicious smell of coffee, and we've never had issues with inconsistency or incorrect orders, however we're also easy going and keep our orders simple.The inside is casual, relaxed, but upbeat without the rush or intensity. Outdoors is great as well with plenty of room!Favorites are the holiday drinks, shaken espresso, and the comeback pistachio with and without the cold cream!Parking can be hard to find within the grounds (very common for all Starbucks) but there's plenty within the plaza with a short walk.

Valerie I hope your still working here, you deserve it. Your passive aggressive tone was never helpful and was toxic. And I doubt you learned how to put on lipstick correctly. Remember, when you rub your lips together VERY HARD AND ALL OVER your lipstick spreads too.. you always looked like toddler or a clown. Just don’t wear it honey..
