Avoid this location if you value your time and your money. This is the third, and final visit, in the last few weeks where my order hasn't been ready and I've had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes. I've had 1 drink taste good and the others were not made correctly. Tonight's order wasn't ready and I was told there had been an accident with it. That's fine I wouldn't mind waiting. But I grabbed my drink when it was ready and got on the road. I didn't taste it until I was on the highway and it's completely missing the pecan syrup. I called to ask about getting a credit and was told that they can't do anything over the phone but I could go to any Starbucks store tomorrow to ask for a drink. What? I ONLY order at this store in the late afternoon/evening because it's conveniently across the street from my place, but won't be visiting this one going forward.

Rude staff and disappointing experience. Starbucks talks about being environmentally friendly, but when I asked for used coffee grounds for my vegetable garden (something they used to happily provide), the staff refused and said I couldn’t take them. They’d rather waste it than help local gardeners.
On top of that, the drinks are often inconsistent. A chai latte here doesn’t taste the same as at other Starbucks locations, and orders are frequently messed up.
I’d recommend avoiding this location and supporting local coffee shops instead — you’ll likely get better service, better consistency, and a place that actually cares about the community.

Everyone here is always super nice and welcoming even when it’s super busy! My drink is always made perfect and my food always tastes fresh! Love stopping by here before work.

You never know who is having a bad day. Someone could have lost a family member, a job, an animal anything could be happening to them. You should be nicer. And kind to people RYAN. Be lucky I wasn’t the one in there because you and I would have had a nice talk about treating your customers with respect and kindness at Starbucks of all places this is a new low. Boycotting til ryan is fired because who is he to speak to my wife the way he did. Grow up man. You’re grown got grey hair and all and still want to speak to women with disrespect? Shame on your Starbucks. For having such a miserable person as a “manager”

The people who work here are miserable. Im not sure who Ryan thinks he is and for him being a manager his langue is very nasty and his demeanor is atrocious. Coming from someone who is apart of the LGBTQ community as he clearly is he is rude and nasty and does not deserve to be in customer service. Absolutely absurd. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Starbucks. I went in there because they gave me a drink full of ice. Ryan had an attitude about having to remake my drink told me “well it didn’t say light ice so” regardless yall should not be making drinks that way. And why have an attitude with me it’s simple do your job don’t argue with customers. When I asked what his name was he was like “ryan yep you can write that down” I said as I was walking out “wow you have the worst attitude to be working in customer service” and he laughed as if he thinks he can speak to people like that. Ryan really thinks he is untouchable. Someone needs to give him a reality check. I was nothing but nice. I was not a Karen I was not rude or had no attitude til he had one with me. And then bee she was talking shit about other customers saying she was traumatized by so and so. And when I called to ask to speak to a manager she answered tried saying they were making fun of a coworker ya sure you were. Not sure why y'all had to have attitudes in the first place but truly uncalled for.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but I had a disappointing experience at this location. I ordered an iced coffee and later got a refill, which they offered as part of their policy. But the refill tasted noticeably worse—almost like old or watered-down coffee. It didn’t taste anything like the original drink, and I couldn’t finish it.
I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but it felt like I was given lower-quality coffee for the refill. If there was a reason for that (like different brew batches), it would’ve been nice to be told. I hope this was just a one-
My iced matcha was absolutely nothing but foam and no ice.

Thank you to these amazing ladies for having a smile on their face welcoming me and also chasing after me to make sure my drink was correct before I go to a long day of nursing Clinicals. I really really appreciate that type of service before six in the morning, so thank you ladies so much.
Ya know it has become my husband and I favorite place to go!
Apparently if you’re Hispanic like me you should avoid asking them for water even after having a heat stroke, I was told to “buy something first” by the very prejudiced clerk who was unaware that I had planned to make a purchase already, I was just ordering the water first. Now I will NEVER go back and mis panas tengan cuidado con estos ojetes!!!

Love the outdoor seats.
My drink was not mix really well , I ordered one iced matcha,,
I accidentally came in a minute or two before closing, thinking it this location was open until 9. I apologized when she abruptly corrected me that they were now closed. I would have happily gone somewhere else or just saved my money. I would have preferred that much more than having a negative experience.
While I initially appreciated her taking my order anyhow, I was bit taken back about how rude and irritated the barista was. We were the only people in the store, just silently left the drink at the counter rather than handing it or acknowledging me while I was standing the right there.
She locked the door as soon as I left. When I got to my car, I noticed how off colored and watered down the drink was but it was too late to ask to be refunded. Bummed to treated that way over what ended up being a 3 minute inconvenience for her.
Starbucks is the place to go if want a great cup of coffee and dessert.
This was my first and definitely last time coming here. I ordered my usual — a Venti Matcha Latte with foam and lavender, no ice — something I’ve been ordering consistently for the past two years at other locations with no issues at all. But Bee and Ryan, the two baristas working, gave me a cup that was barely half full and the matcha powder wasn’t even mixed properly. It was clumped at the bottom — just a mess.
When I brought it up, they tried to make excuses, saying it was because I ordered it without ice. That’s ridiculous — I always order it this way (and I have proof in my Starbucks app, including an identical order just last week), and it’s never been a problem anywhere else.
I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time because they couldn’t get a simple drink right. I even called Starbucks customer service, and they confirmed this location did not follow standard procedure and apologized for the poor experience.
If you care about quality and consistency, avoid this specific Starbucks. I won’t be going back — ever.
