Apparently if you’re Hispanic like me you should avoid asking them for water even after having a heat stroke, I was told to “buy something first” by the very prejudiced clerk who was unaware that I had planned to make a purchase already, I was just ordering the water first. Now I will NEVER go back and mis panas tengan cuidado con estos ojetes!!!

I accidentally came in a minute or two before closing, thinking it this location was open until 9. I apologized when she abruptly corrected me that they were now closed. I would have happily gone somewhere else or just saved my money. I would have preferred that much more than having a negative experience.

While I initially appreciated her taking my order anyhow, I was bit taken back about how rude and irritated the barista was. We were the only people in the store, just silently left the drink at the counter rather than handing it or acknowledging me while I was standing the right there.

She locked the door as soon as I left. When I got to my car, I noticed how off colored and watered down the drink was but it was too late to ask to be refunded. Bummed to treated that way over what ended up being a 3 minute inconvenience for her.

This was my first and definitely last time coming here. I ordered my usual — a Venti Matcha Latte with foam and lavender, no ice — something I’ve been ordering consistently for the past two years at other locations with no issues at all. But Bee and Ryan, the two baristas working, gave me a cup that was barely half full and the matcha powder wasn’t even mixed properly. It was clumped at the bottom — just a mess.

When I brought it up, they tried to make excuses, saying it was because I ordered it without ice. That’s ridiculous — I always order it this way (and I have proof in my Starbucks app, including an identical order just last week), and it’s never been a problem anywhere else.

I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time because they couldn’t get a simple drink right. I even called Starbucks customer service, and they confirmed this location did not follow standard procedure and apologized for the poor experience.

If you care about quality and consistency, avoid this specific Starbucks. I won’t be going back — ever.

Went to location on Anderson Mill- was told no breakfast items at 10:30 am. So, I traveled to the next close location which is 7 minutes apart this location has no breakfast items!!! After I placed my order, the cashier comes back to tell me they don’t have the items, he could refund me on a gift card. This is the first & last time I come to this location. This side of Austin is ridiculously horrible, the cashier said “they sent us a little bit of food, so that’s why we don’t have anything we apologize” sounds like the area coach/ inventory management or whoever is in charge has no idea what they are doing! How are both places with no breakfast items on a Saturday!! Ughhhh

So grateful for Shelby! Drinks always come out correctly when she makes them and her customer service is insane. I’ve never met someone working this type of service job that has so much compassion for customers. I like to sit in and do work and it’s not just me, she remembers so many things about so many customers! Not just orders! Asks about their families and prays for the ones going through difficult times. The catered care and compassion this woman gives deserves more recognition. You don’t see people like Shelby in the service industry anymore. This is someone you want representing your company for a long time!
