I order Starbucks several times a week, my drinks are usually the same. I was in the area so I tried this Lakeline location. White chocolate mocha coconut milk two extra pumps of mocha and no whip
I needed this coffee today and they literally gave me steamed coconut milk with maybe a dash of chocolate Honestly it tasted like they started my drink and then forgot what they put in and just filled it up with milk No coffee or chocolate taste at all-which is the whole point of a mocha I don’t think I should have to pay $7-9 for a steamed milk that I won’t drink
I have been debating making my coffee at home and saving money. This morning I did not have time so I ordered from a new location and I am highly disappointed. One of the things I love most about Starbucks USUALLY is the consistency No matter which one you go to, the drinks come out the same-usually.
This was the deciding factor for me. This location just convinced me-after several failed attempts (from different Starbucks) that I should make my coffee at home from now on. #thanksforsavingmemoney

I walked in and ordered a very simple sandwich, Idk why they overcharged me 2$ extra for a 5$ sandwich. And then they totally forgot my order, I was just standing there waiting. Starbucks deserves all the boycotts they got!

Odd to write a review on a Starbucks but this is “my” Starbucks. The consistency in service and employees (now friends) separates this business from most. Even if I were to quit coffee I would need to find a reason to visit because of the great team here running things.

They turned a small corner into a great place. His work team is always young, full of energy and active. I liked the experience and their fresh, good-tasting products. There is a need for a better seating arrangement, but you can live with it.

My card was declined today due to recent events. I politely asked the Barista to cancel my order as I had forgotten my card was not currently available for use. He was kind enough to give me my drink for free. Super friendly; immediately welcomed me as soon as I entered the building. Great busy location, and best Starbucks atmosphere i’ve ever encountered.
