Team was great, super friendly. The coffees I got (creme brulee, 1 pump of flavor, and an Americano for my husband) were really watery and kinda reminded me of my parents drip coffee when they reuse grounds (still scarred). Not sure what happened and didn't have time to ask them to remake it. It's still drinkable just watery. Also no foamed milk on the creme brulee which I swore it did since it's an espresso?

This team rocks on setting the record on coffee served at any Starbucks I have ever been. Their customer service, attitude are so friendly and helpful. Jim you run a great team and manage well.

I was having a rough morning on my way to work, and had been crying. Of course I needed coffee so I stopped at this location (as I’ve done many times). I was choking back tears as I ordered my Tall drink and could barely muster a “thank you” when I was given my total. At the window, I was surprised with an upgraded Venti and told that my drink was free and that they hoped I have the best day. That was very kind of them, and unfortunately I didn’t get their names but I hope they know they made my day so much better.

The staff is some of the friendliest in all the Starbucks I’ve been to. Not to mention their consistent quality of food and drinks! Makes it a great way to start the day!

I have been going loyally to this starbucks for my whole college career two years everyday and haven't suspected that baristas were bad talking about customers even in ear shot. Today is the last time I will be giving my money to these baristas they have been making really bad judgements on my character and being quite oblivious to the fact I am just friendly. Today they loudly talked badly about me saying that they thought I was flirting with one of the girls and trying to get with her. Then they proclaimed that I was a loser and that they thought I was fake nice. It was loud enough that I could hear over my headphones I feel that they judged me and were hateful towards my kind demeanor towards them. I just wanted to be kind to the service workers making my drinks nothing more. Until they make changes I will not come back due to the horrible words and assumptions about me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks this morning that caused me to be late to work. I went through the drive through.
once I got to the window the girl at the window started to sing me the “ Ariel the little mermaid” theme song (my name is Ariel). Which, is fine I understand these people are trying to do anything to constitute earning a tip within their 5 second interaction with customers.
Although, obviously her singing to me was very awkward at 8 in the morning - I was nice.
Anyway, I get my drink and it’s completely wrong. I paid extra for customizations and received none of them.

So, I pull in, park and go outside. Inside, I speak with another employee and politely have my drink remade (with no refund, no extra item thrown in, nothing to make up for this mistake that’s going to cause me to be late to work). While waiting AGAIN for my drink, the employee at the drive through that I had the awkward interaction with is talking about me to her coworkers veryyy loud. I’m sitting there just waiting for my drink and I’m constantly hearing my name in these girls conversation about how I “didn’t laugh” at her singing to me. It was soooo uncomfortable sitting just hearing my name over and over again.
I would like to speak to a manager about this… it’s one thing to mess up an order but having to wait for it be fixed and listen to your employees talk about me was just weird …

The lady in the drivethru was extremely nice. My husband passed 01/08/2025, and I have random unpredictable breakdowns about it still. She didn't make me feel embarrassed or like a burden and was very kind. They have a very good team, and plus they make the drinks really good. Broke me out of my funk ❤️

Really great service at this Starbucks. I spilled my drink and made a big mess and the staff were really great helping to clean it up and get me a new drink. Really appreciate the old style customer service here!

I can’t believe Riley mark and forest are such a well oiled team. Not only was I taken care of but so were other people while having a great conversation. They really know how to handle business and cut it up. Much appreciated!
