I purchased a pumpkin loaf on 01-23-24 after 4pm. The pumpkin loaf made me sick. I woke up the next day at 2am on 01-24-24 feeling dizzy and having nausea. The only think that I can pinpoint my food poisoning to is how the pumpkin loaf was warmed up. It was placed on an already used contaminated spatula and a black tray that looked like it was used to warm sandwiches that contained meat and cheese then placed in the small oven. The employee who warmed up my pumkin loaf was very young and may not have been properly trained that you can't used the same spatula and black tray to warm up cake loaves and sandwiches containing meat and cheese. He used the same spatula to place my pumpkin loaf in the paper bag. I hope the manager reviews the cake loaf warm up procedures. I have been sick most day with dizziness and nausea.

Tbh most Starbucks I go to are consistently good so there’s really no way to get a bad review on here unless the service is just bad

There is a barista who works here by the name of Tristan. They are such a joy to interact with. They put a smile on my face every time I talk with them, especially after a monumentally bad day, and I am so grateful to them! This location is so lucky to have them!

I’ve never had an issue with my drinks until the last couple days. 2 days in a row now I’ve had almost 3 inches of my drink missing. I called AFTER I picked up my REMAKE and they tried to tell me it was because of the whipped cream. Well, I worked for Starbucks for 2 years and have NEVER made a drink with that much room. The picture on the right was my “remake” to fix the issue. If I was a customer who has never worked for the company and had the training on making the drinks then maybe I would’ve fallen for that excuse.

After another ridiculous price increase with no warning again,as a daily customer I get a venti chocolate milk,I pay 4.82...already buying a gallon of milk....but today it was over $5 nope yall must nuts. It's bad enough your child sippy cup spills drinks in the car. There were 3 really great employees there ,thanks to them I appreciate yall ...you know who you are.....

I am not sure I get the low rating for this location. The staff that makes this location stand out. They are so kind and good spirited. Also this place does not get as noisy as some other locations.

Every time I come here I’m impressed by the service! I dropped my card in the drive threw this morning and the man working the drive threw held my door so I would bump it :)

I placed two online orders this morning for pickup. Upon arriving at the parking lot, I noticed it was hard to get in due to cars in the drive-thru, wrapping back and into the main street., way busier than usual. Once I was able to park in front of the store safely, I got out of the car, and there was a sandwich board in front that said "DRIVE THRU ONLY" with an apology note that the lobby was "temporarily closed." Now, this has happened before due to store issues or staffing, but it is usually not a big deal. But, inside the store, there were several tables occupied with customers eating/drinking, not sure what was up with that. I was in a hurry, hence why I placed the online order and counted the cars, and it was 17 deep to get to the drive-thru. I did not have time, so I tried to call the store and have them cancel and refund my order. No answer. I will have to reach out to Starbucks directly for the refund. If you are closing the lobby I am sure there is a good reason, BUT, the first thing you need to do is close the online orders unless you are going to have someone at the door to hand them out. I know "first-world" problems, but it was a pretty frustrating experience for myself and several other patrons who arrived at the same time.

Ive been going to this Starbucks for many years. The staff was always helpful and straight to work. They have hired members who care more about their hair than doing their job. The lack of efficiency and after the employee finished messing with their hair I finally got my pastry. Ordered it ahead thinking it would be quick... and it was anything but. And my drink was only half filled ( I get it often and know it's not supposed to happen ) Overall just disappointed in the service and quality of a location and store I enjoy so much.
