They are far too expensive. It's more about the name brand than it is about the coffee. The prices are just too high. When you can go anywhere else and get a cup of coffee for under a dollar. Same ghost for the food.

Sarah at the Anderson mill and 183 location gave me and my friend the most exceptional service. The best I have ever received at any Starbucks ever. She was personal, polite, and accommodating. She made my coffee when I asked for something slightly off the menu and with a smile. The coffee was the best because she made it with love and I could tell she truly wanted to make my morning better. I really can’t express how impressive she was. Please give this girl a raise. She is a diamond in the rough. On top of that I have had great service from multiple associates on this team and I will take the time to know their names next time. Great work!

Every time I order at this Starbucks they get it wrong. I guess they don’t know how to read the order or just don’t care. I’ve returned my drink a couple times to have it corrected when I have time but that’s not often. It’s my own fault to keep going here… thinking they would get it right. Skip this location!

Was a good Starbucks. Not a Lot of spots to sit but they do have comfy chairs. They do have an outdoor area too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a peppermint mocha and my husband had herbal tea. It was very good. They made it really well for us. Very clean and very prompt.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wish they had those buttons that the elderly and disabled people could push and doors would open automatically.

Terrible service .I as a customer understand how busy it could get , that doesn’t mean you push the customers odder to ready although it’s not ready. And they gave me just the food without a a bag . I ordered three different items. And when asked they respond terribly. Date : 09-13-2024 and this is what I receive. Pathetic service at this branch . @starbucks Hope you can see this .

Placed an order online for a caramel macchiato and a PSL both drinks tasted like burned coffee and weren't salvageable. Sadly we didn't discover this until we got home. Total waste of money. Wish there was a way to rectify the situation.
