I always use their drive-thru— barista is always friendly and it’s never a long wait. And my iced brown sugar oat milk espresso is always on point. I get their iced lemon loaf too 😋

I travel around the world and regularly go to Starbucks globally, and in the United States. This is by far the slowest service I have ever seen. For some odd reason they also do not keep their bottled water cold. This café is very poorly organized and operated.

I usually order a grande iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso with an extra pump of hazelnut and light ice — it’s my go-to drink and I’ve never had any issues at other Starbucks locations. This time, the employee at the drive-thru asked if I wanted “extra oatmilk,” which I never said, and then wrote “with room” on my cup for no reason. I ended up with a half-full drink, which was extremely disappointing. Even with light ice, I always get a full cup.

The service felt careless, and I left really unsatisfied. I’ll be attaching photos of:
1. The half-full drink I was given
2. What the employee wrote on the cup
3. A photo of how my drink normally looks elsewhere

$14 has become pretty standard for something to eat at a fast food place, something I've come to terms with. What I can't wrap my head around is when your server can see you didn't tip, and becomes rude enough to rip the POS machine away from you and silently shove your food and drink in your car.

I'm sorry I don't feel like spending 15 dollars for a warmed up wrap and a coffee that takes a minute to make?

didn’t even given me time to finish ordering , I started with a grande hot water and was cut off saying they don’t give waters without ordering something.! for one i wasn’t even done with my order. that’s what i get for not going to my regular starbucks where their customer service is 100%, unlike this location! next time let me finish my order thanks

Not only were the drinks too expensive for what they were, but it was also false advertising that led us into it My social media and on the website, it said that cold foam was free which it was not as a grande cold brew cost seven dollars and a grande refresher was six. I know the prices are not exactly by choice but they should be adapted to what the drinks are actually worth. The lack of cold foam in the cold brew was absolutely ridiculous and the completely watered down dragon fruit refresher was... let's just say, not refreshing. Anyways, Starbucks is good and all but it definitely needs work on quality.

Not usually this person but…I’ve been in here a few of times as it’s always incredibly busy. Each time I’ve had the same experience I totally understand that their location is super busy and it may be overwhelming but the staff at least most of them are not smiling and not friendly. I asked if the bathrooms were locked and the cashier didn’t smile she just annoyingly gave me the code. When checking out customers she never once smiled. Hardly any of them even looked up at their customers. Having been in the customer service industry for many years I have to remind myself to not be so focused on the task that I forget about the people I’m serving. You CAN both serve drinks and provide excellent customer service. I will say the woman at the window was bright and cheery and should train other team members to have the same attitude. I know it’s early and it’s a tough industry but we should all hold ourselves to a higher standard when serving customer and working with people.

Starbucks delivered the most atrocious service I've ever experienced. I was forced to wait an excruciating 40 minutes for my order, even though the screen had clearly indicated it was ready 20 minutes earlier. The staff kept arguing that mobile orders are somehow treated differently from in-store orders, despite my order being marked as ready. To make matters worse, one particularly rude employee dismissed my concerns and arrogantly declared she’d verify how long the order had been ready, as if I were completely clueless.

They are far too expensive. It's more about the name brand than it is about the coffee. The prices are just too high. When you can go anywhere else and get a cup of coffee for under a dollar. Same ghost for the food.
