My review seems to of been removed. I had a restroom related accident while I was a paying customer. I was denied entery to the restroom while attempting to explain I had placed my mobile order and staff was uncooperative. As a result I soiled my pants leaving this place and I'm angry about it. This is a health code violation and a Ally's law violation as I had presented medical documentation to the manager attempting to gain access to the passcode locked restrooms as a mobile app customer. I also departed without my drink which I paid for. I will no longer go to Starbucks locations as a direct result of this and this means I'm taking my daily coffee and breakfast at other coffee shops. The yearly revenue lost from my absence is roughly $5,475 for the roughly $15 I would often spend between two to three visits per day. I have been a customer for over a decade. The only sensible solution is to remove your restroom locks. Trespass trouble makers like respectable businesses do.

Whoever runs this Starbucks should be let go, I waited 15 min in line w only 3 cars ahead of me. The lane is out to the road. Absolutely horrible

This location seems to be a lil bit filthier perhaps the establishment is older than most but definitely lacking style and freshness.

The drinks are great and the atmosphere is very lively here
But today I noticed someone in a group vaping inside this Starbucks and no staff member objected it . I have a stuffy nose and cannot really smell what’s in the air but the staff should know better

The vaping aerosol can affect others indoors

After mixed experiences at this location for years, I made an effort to stay and have my coffee inside so I could experience the new revisions, but was pretty quickly disappointed. Starbucks really missed the mark. Again. My drink was served in a paper to-go cup rather than a mug, so I guess they expect people to leave right away. And didn't I read something about them writing names and friendly messages on the cups again? The new chairs and tables feel like an airport waiting area, only without a way to charge my phone. The overall feel is corporate, transactional, not warm and personable like I had hoped. It's fine for picking up coffee once in awhile, but little else.

I pooped my pants leaving this place. Upon entering I tried explaining to staff that I had placed a mobile order. They were too busy to pay attention to what I was saying provided a incorrect code that I confirmed now twice as desperate to use the restroom AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. I fled after shouting a bit about it out of frustration and desperation. I soiled my pants and had to return home. I was fired from my job. I have a VERY STRONG potential legal case should I persue it. I do not want to sue my favorite coffee cafe brand but I maybe forced to as a direct result of this incident is my job lose and my roommate kicking me out of my home due to lost income.

I went a moment ago for frappuccino, they took a long time and it took me more than 18 minutes to wait, I asked if I could have it or leave because I would be late for work, the employee said it was Friday and it takes so long. In fact I was very late, I missed my shift. Apart from bad two of them, the cashier and the preparer.

I always use their drive-thru— barista is always friendly and it’s never a long wait. And my iced brown sugar oat milk espresso is always on point. I get their iced lemon loaf too 😋
