After mixed experiences at this location for years, I made an effort to stay and have my coffee inside so I could experience the new revisions, but was pretty quickly disappointed. Starbucks really missed the mark. Again. My drink was served in a paper to-go cup rather than a mug, so I guess they expect people to leave right away. And didn't I read something about them writing names and friendly messages on the cups again? The new chairs and tables feel like an airport waiting...
I made a mistake on the app and it resulted in a double charge, called and Katy was able to help me with my mistake and get me my money back. Super polite and nice, really appreciated your patience and resolutions
I always use their drive-thru— barista is always friendly and it’s never a long wait. And my iced brown sugar oat milk espresso is always on point. I get their iced lemon loaf too 😋
