Truly the best experience i’ve ever had at a Starbucks! Shay is a GEM! I didn’t have any cash to tip her otherwise I would have. I’m a Pre-K/Kinder teacher who had to come get some coffee on my break to survive the day, and I accidentally ordered a medium on the app when I meant to order a large. Shay didn’t even hesitate to get me fresh cold brew and a large coffee. People like Shay make the world a better place, especially in the hustle and bustle of a crazy teachers day!

Normally when I come here, there's someone super nice at the window, but not today. The young gentleman that was at the window was kind of rude and unfriendly.
This is my favorite Starbucks! My order is perfect every time, which is several times a week. A very special thanks to Arie (sp?) This location is so personable, kind and always takes great care of me. Starbucks at Vista Park, thank you so much!

This review is not of the staff (which has always been great *****), but rather of Starbucks the company.
I was walking my dog and wanted a coffee. If one is not in a vehicle, one is not recognized at the outside kiosk. So, I went up to the window and tried to order, explaining that I could not go inside because I had my dog with me. I was told that, as per policy, I cannot be served. Eventually, I was served as a one-off, with the caveat that my coffee had to be given to me at the front door.
I will use up the funds on my S'buck's app and never go to a starbucks ever again. They've lost a recurring customer.
