The Starbucks in downtown Austin, located in the Hilton lobby, is fantastic! The staff was friendly, efficient, and really knew how to make drinks just right. The service was quick, and the quality was exactly what you’d hope for from Starbucks. It’s a great spot to grab a coffee while staying at the hotel or exploring the city. Highly recommend!

This Starbucks location is inside the Hilton Austin Downtown hotel. There is seating and a semi private room with a big conference table, but also hav the rest of the hotel to sit and enjoy your drink. I ordered a Strawberry Açaí Refresher and the drink was made correctly with fresh strawberries. The staff was nice and friendly. I noticed they had the new Austin Discovery Series coffee mugs and expresso cups available for purchase.

Justin gave the most top tier service from his personality to his coffee. Amazing recommendation to my friend and I who had a long day and didn’t know what to get. I tried something new today and I loved it thanks to him!
Usually pretty busy. Notice the prices are higher than the other Starbucks in the area. Try to scan for rewards but they don't do that there.

This Starbucks had to be one of the highlights of my stay in Austin for a conference. Quick service, pleasant people and a nice variety of things to grab each morning. Especially service from Justin. One thing to note prices seem a little bit higher, but I assume that’s because it’s built into the Hilton hotel.

Very nice location clean and inviting ?. The bus station is at their door but they give such good experience even when you don't stay there. I went for starbucks and JESSICA was absolutely amazing with the other coworkers! Never got my drink that fast before! Definitely a must go if your in the area!♡♡♡
