This Starbucks had to be one of the highlights of my stay in Austin for a conference. Quick service, pleasant people and a nice variety of things to grab each morning. Especially service from Justin. One thing to note prices seem a little bit higher, but I assume that’s because it’s built into the Hilton hotel.

Very nice location clean and inviting ?. The bus station is at their door but they give such good experience even when you don't stay there. I went for starbucks and JESSICA was absolutely amazing with the other coworkers! Never got my drink that fast before! Definitely a must go if your in the area!♡♡♡

I have never seen a Starbucks so slow anywhere in the world. I realized one of the reasons is the hustle to try to get a tip. When paying you have to click three times to say no for a tip before being able to pay, then the contactless didn’t work anyway. Why would I tip when I waited 15 minutes in a line of only 8 people, let alone no one served me at a table? Then the coffee cost more than any Starbucks I have been to around the world. (I have been working around the world for 16 years.) It cost $5.68 which is over $11 AUD. And then the Americano was way too hot. So to summarise, they don’t know how to make a simple Americano, overcharged, and try to put pressure on hustling for a tip and were very slow service.

We hosted our 49th Regional Conference at the Austin Convention Center, and the Hilton Starbucks staff was amazing. They greeted us each day with smiles and worked tirelessly to keep us all well-caffeinated. The best part? They created two signature drinks in honor of our organization that embodied essence of who we are.
