Stopped in for a quick bite to go on the start of a long road trip, and had a great experience. Not many customers a little before 8 on a Sunday, unsurprisingly, but they were fully staffed and everyone was very helpful. Food and drinks were ready very quickly, too.
Ordered pumpkin bread, a pumpkin cheesecake muffin, and two pumpkin cream iced chais. All were up to Starbucks standard--so, great!

This Starbucks is quick and consistent. I feel like that’s such a good compliment for any coffee shop that’s as busy as this one in the mornings. They operate like a chikfila- IYKYK!
I get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, half sweet, with light ice and they ALWAYS get it right. It just makes your morning when something so simple is done right consistently.
Drive through line can be a bit long at times but moves super quick.
I also sometimes get stickers and little hand written notes on my drinks and it really makes my day! Silly I know, but I love it!

TLDR, ordered a venti drink but got a small one, employee said it’s normal.
This was my favorite Starbucks location here in Austin. I pretty much go to this location to and back from work everyday. The last few visits were not the great because I found the food quality here had been dropping.
The visit today was just awful. I ordered a light ice shaken espresso because most stores just can’t make no ice ice shaken espresso (just filter the ice out after shaking it, how difficult is that?!). When the food was ready, they gave me a small drink in a venti cup. I have had less drink in venti cup multiple times but this time is far less. It is like a small in a venti cup. I went to the store to ask about this, and they basically “taught” me that it is normal because it was light ice.
Here’s the question, I ordered a venti size coffee, you only give me a drink of small volume, isn’t this fraud?

Preeeetty sure i just found my new favorite starbucks in Austin. I was practically falling asleep at the wheel on my drive home so I made a quick detour into the northland and balcones starbucks and was greeted by fresh flowers on all the tables, a spotless store, and Delaney, who was colorful and friendly, helped me quickly and professionally, and was a complete breath of fresh air. I'm so glad I popped in and I know I'll be back!
Parking: Plenty of free parking, part of a large shopping community
This is my go to Starbucks; however, the location is not the best. There’s not enough parking or drive thru space, leading to congested traffic on the road or difficulty getting in the line. Otherwise, great Starbucks.

Love this location it's the only one in Austin that makes drinks well! Such an enjoyable atmosphere too! The staff are friendly, attentive and polite! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

RUDE!!!! The screen looks like it was open. Didn’t say anything about being closed. I sat at the window while two girls just laughed, ignoring me, even though they clearly knew I was sitting right there and then Eventually looked at me like I was an idiot and made faces at me. Like it’s so hard to come to a window and say we’re closed ma’am. Disgusting.

I came in multiple times today with large orders and Delaney and Lauren were SO helpful!! Wonderful wonderful staff who were so kind and helpful and fast. Best service I’ve gotten from Starbucks in a long time!! :)
