Ordered peppermint mocha iced venti no cream but DT person made hot so made new iced one waiting then came out with cream. I can’t eat cream cuz I will be diarrhea. So bad experience here. Starbucks should do better for this location.

This particular store has a great group of people. The always remember my dog's name as well.

They absolutely messed up a simple iced coffee order and gave it to me in a smaller size. They forgot ingredients and the size they charged me for. Wasn’t even busy when they ordered so I don’t know what’s going on with this location. Would not revisit this specific location.

Called to cancel a mobile order immediately after placing it, made a mistake and ordered it from the wrong location. Doubt they made 4 drinks in like 3 minutes..?

They told me they couldn’t refund me over the phone, sure makes sense. I have to wait until after work to go over there. Get there and then the barista tells me I have to call customer service to get a refund and she couldn’t help me in any way. Perhaps some additional training in this regard would be beneficial.

And of course customer service said they would “send an email to escalate my request” and haven’t heard anything in a week. Why is this so complicated? Like I would have been happy with a gift card, anything but having to pay for a product that I never received and was never made.

I went through the drive through and the person at the window, Michelle I believe is her name, was super sweet. I had such a hard day and it was late so I wanted a treat. I didn’t order my drink right because of mommy brain and Michelle noticed i wasn’t happy with my drink. She asked if it was right and remade the drink when I remembered what I missed. Thank you so much, definitely made my night!!!
