Ordered in the app and planned to tip cash on pickup. I don’t like to rifle through the coffee orders and didn’t see mine under my initial at the counter. After standing for 5 minutes, I decided to look at N-Z. The name on the order was Eva. SMDH. My last name isn’t an N-Z either. Other orders were by name correctly, so all I can guess is it’s because I didn’t tip in the app. Like I said, I’d planned to tip in person. Guess who didn’t bother to tip in person, either? Never got spoken to at all, in any way. Drink was good, gingerbread was a little intense but that’s not their fault.

I’ve been ordering my coffee from this location for the past year at least if not longer. I’ve come to really appreciate Nicolas who has memorized my somewhat complicated drink order. Not only that, he’s the only one that makes it taste exactly the way I want it to. I can always tell when he’s not the one making it. He’s super personable and always in a good mood. Everyone at this location has been really friendly and the store is always clean.

I often stop by when I'm in the area- Great place to co-work and super conveniently located next to Juice land, HEB and a liquor store. Plenty of space inside to grab a drink solo or with a friend. I often bring by own cup and they are always happy to accommodate. The only drawback is there's no drive thru and the parking is pretty meh. I

Yesterday, I placed an order for a travelers pack for pick up this morning at 9:15am. Gave them my name and discussed the appropriate time with them on the call. When I arrived this morning, they didn’t even have my order taken. Anyone who places orders ahead of time knows that it’s usually a time sensitive reason.

Dope location that has no drive-thru. That means wait times inside are short and the staff is more relaxed. Cassidy is the bomb and really made my day. Great experience.
Unfortunately this is the closest starbucks to my workplace & they never make my drink correctly. I keep coming here anyways to get my fix, but it seems that the baristas here do not know recipes and/or are just making them wrong. Please someone in this establishment retrain or go over a few basic recipes and get it right. I can go to any other starbucks in austin and the quality is great. This starbucks is not.

A lot of the employees at this location show a hospitality they don’t have to … I want to mention all the people I appreciate at this location but for one, Mark, makes genuine conversation with all his regulars and remembers their names… if I need to burn some time and get caffeinated, I go here because Mark and his company made me feel very welcome here… he deserves to ascend into a higher state of occupation in his journey and he could very well run his own business

CORPORATE PLS ADDRESS THIS STARBUCKS. IT IS ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED AND TAKES 30 min a drink. The line is always out the door and there is always one person making drinks. Even if I place ahead of time they are usually 20 min behind the estimates pick up time. Truly unacceptable.
