Visited on a weekend morning, calm place to work or talk or study. Quick service,online orders accepted. Chai latte served tea. Parking is bit tricky but available. Courteous staff. Recommend for a quick morning coffee near slaughter lane.

Came here on Saturday around 8am and ordered a Double Smoked Breakfast Sandwich. Mind you, there was no other people in the store at the time. Sat and waited for over 20 minutes and still didn't get our one sandwich.

I told Katie that we had been waiting for over 20 minutes and wanted to make sure our order didn't get lost in translation. She proceeded to tell me they were just super busy and backed up and our order will be out shortly. She was no help at all.

We waited another 10 minutes until we asked another employee named Sam. We asked Sam if our order had been lost, as we had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Again, we were given a super generic response. He proceeded to tell me they were just super busy and backed up and our order will be out shortly. At this point I was ready to walk out. Why didn't any of these employees actually look into our order to see what was going on?

Finally, Sam put two braincells together and walked over with his tablet to tell us that we had been waiting for over 27 minutes (tried to tell you that), and it looks like someone had closed out our order without actually making it for us.

I do not recommend this Starbucks. The employees here are super dismissive, and it felt like they cared more about online orders and drive thru than the in-person customers. What a bummer because their upstairs seating is so nice. Horrible customer service

I accidentally spilled my drink in the upstairs area and the baristas cleaned it up and made me a replacement drink. They were incredibly polite and kind, as well! Thank you guys!

i have been waiting 25 minutes at the pick up counter to pick up my doordash order for TWO drinks sitting on the back counter. no one has asked me for a name or what i'm here for. extremely disappointed and annoyed with the terrible service here. Drinks are ready, just not reachable!

I ordered at 6:14 just 1 food item and 1 drink. I came in at 6:25 and nothing is ready. Food item wasn't started. There is nobody else here, im the only customer. The only reason I ordered togo was because I need to be fast to eat on my lunch break.

Why cant I buy a cup of water or ice? They assumed I wanted it for free and told me to buy something else so I left. Every starbucks I've ever been to lets you at least buy a cup of water without another purchase. I call bull

Bad service or should I say no service. Was inquiring about coffee that I wanted to purchase and all the young could do was point at it. Couldn't read any of their coffee because there are on tall shelves behind the staff. Could have sold me a few bags of their coffee but no thanks...not here.

Great service all around, however they now make several food items in a row, put them in a bin, and then bring them up all at once, sometimes 10 items at a time. This forces a longer wait for mobile orders and the last few times my food wasn’t warm.
