I use to love this location. I always show up and order a green tea lemonade with no sweetner pumps and light ice. 5 TIMES THEY HAVE MESSED IT UP! Always gave me a regular green tea. At first i let it slide like whatever. Idk if this is something they do if you do not tip, but its very annoying. I thought maybe i am not communicating it clearly and they still mess it up. Ordered one today and the guy messed it up. I was so tired i did not even make a big deal out of it and left. He gave me a regular green tea. I feel this is on purpose.

I had a great experience at Starbucks today thanks to Oliver! He was so kind and had such a bright smile that instantly made me smile. I ordered the jalapeño chicken pocket, and he mentioned he had it earlier and really enjoyed it. And yes, it was delicious! Thank you, Oliver. Keep smiling and spreading that positive energy!

There is nothing better than starting my day with my usual coffee everyday at the Starbucks on Westgate. I have been a regular customer for 20 years and get treated like royalty! I like to think it's just for me but I see other customers treated the same. One of my favorites is Sarah the store manager. She has been a staple at this store for all of these years and is like a beloved neighbor in the area. Along with her amazing team they make my day each time I go in.

I stopped by this Starbucks while shopping in the area and was really impressed. The staff was super friendly, and the place had a great vibe. My drink was made perfectly—just the right temperature and flavor. I even bought a bag of the holiday brew that the manager recommend—it’s so good! I’ll definitely be stopping in again next time I’m out shopping nearby.

Probably the best Starbucks in the whole Nation! The team works well, communication is clear among them, they support each other and the result is phenomenal. The manager, Sara, is a great leader that jumps in to make sure she helps out and that everyone is on top of the orders, cares about her team. She greets people while she’s packing orders nicely, organizing them on the pick up table and confident in her team. Everyone that is working is capable and they work in harmony, greeting customers. Restrooms and the store are clean! Highly recommend you make this your local Starbucks if you live nearby.

Sara (who I can only assume is the store manager) is thoughtful and monitors every aspect of this well oiled machine. She supervises her staff, participates in executing the morning flurry of incoming orders so that the morning rush of orders goes out smoothly, and still takes the time to wipe down tables and bring over a glass of water (like she did for me so thoughtfully) to a customer. The store is always a little too cold for my personal liking. The store and it’s bathrooms have always been clean.

Visited this location to meet with a teammate, as soon as I walked In the manager Sara had all eyes on me. I did walk towards the restroom since I drove an hour to meet my teammate at this location (biggest mistake), and the restroom was busy so I proceeded to sit down. Sara the manager then purposely walks to where I’m sitting and plops her bag right next to me does not respect my personal space or anything, and tells me if I want to sit here, that I need to order something. I proceeded to respond and tell her that I was waiting for someone and I would get a water since I respectfully want to be able to order when my teammate is here so we could order together. The manager Sara then proceeds to tell me I need to order more than that to be here. It felt really strange and I felt I was being racially profiled by her. Everyone else got to do what they needed to except me, when I drove a distance to attempt to be comfortable in an establishment that I spend tons of money on yearly. This is just unacceptable. Stand on your policies but have respect and know how to talk to people without being condescending or disrespectful. When I asked for the corporate number she stated to look it up and her name was Sara and continue to laugh at me as I walked out. In any other place or case, she could have gotten a good response, but Sara nor this location deserves for anyone to get out of character over sitting inside. So if you’re a business professional, and if you need to meet someone for work, definitely do not choose this location, especially if you’re someone of color with tattoos.
