My family and I went to Starbucks Drive thru as we were driving around looking at Christmas lights. I ordered the hot chocolate with whipped cream. The woman at the window greeted us with a smile and was very kind. She offered us a drink holder but we didn't need it. The hot chocolate was good. It was hot but not overly hot and it was sweet but not overly sweet. I'm not sure of the inside as we went through the drive thru but the parking lot was decent and the Starbucks exterior was lit up by the sign on the building. We did go at night about an hour before closing so there was just one car ahead of us and we moved through the drive thru quickly.

Extremely speedy service for so early in the morning. The staff was quite friendly and welcoming. Got in and out even tho I was a little early. Just make sure to give them time to make drinks before arrival. They can and do get busy.

Friendly morning staff during the week, especially the young man working drive thru!, but there is no consistency to the drinks. They make them different almost every day and I’m constantly having to get drinks remade causing excess waste and money lost for the company. Let’s do better team.

I don’t usually like to complain and I don’t like to cause issues because I know the baristas have a really hard job and work hard. But today I watched the blonde girl who was supposed to be making my drink chatting with someone, distracted, and she was standing there not even making the drinks. Everyone before me had been served and my drink was late. Which is all fine. I very gently went up to the register and asked about my drink. This other short haired barista started yelling and saying they were going in order and that I just had to be patient. They kept yelling “we’re going in order”. It was super rude and incorrect and it made me upset because I literally saw the girl talking and that’s why I had to wait longer. Again, it’s all fine, it just really wasn’t a good experience to be hollered and yelled at.

Ordered my trenti mango dragonfruit refresher on the mobile app at 3:08. Didn't get it in hand until 3:23. Which is fine, the wait could've been a result of a million things. What is not alright is the drink tasting like 80% cranberry or white grape juice. Not so heavy on the juice next time, please.

The AM manager Sarah is SO rude. She yells at customers and the staff. The staff honestly looks terrified of this woman and every time I come in I'm so scared I'm going to get yelled at by this lady. One time I asked if I could order a cream cheese with my bagel because I forgot and she scoffed at me and told an employee "This lady didn't order a cream cheese. DO NOT give her one for free." Very aggressively and loud. Then when I was at the register with the employee she yelled at me from across the store telling me I needed to order it with my bagel next time. I left in tears. She makes the environment so hostile. I hate this location but it's closest to my house

Poor service and unwelcoming environment. No customer connection when I entered this location for myself nor the others there. Would not return but this is the ✨closest✨ Starbucks to my apartment. 0 of Ten. Store Manager and Shift Leads, do better when training.
