The person who serves can really ruin anyone's morning, she is rude and unempathetic, my English is not fluent and this woman was really rude, she didn't even want to serve us, it shows a lot of racism. We used a translator and he refused to listen to the translator. She doesn't really represent the coffee chain, she's a bad woman.

Coffee is more expensive here than going to an actual Starbucks. Should have just went a few more miles down the road. Added carmel drizzle and they covered my drink in it. Didn't realize until I got my car.... if I wasn't in a dang hurry I'd make them remake it. So annoying. Won't come here again on my way through.

Went to grab groceries at Randalls (which I never do because of their outrageously high prices). Wanted to grab a grandé water from the Starbucks inside . The barista was very rude when I kindly asked for a water responding " Starbucks does not give free water anymore. There's a water fountain next to the restrooms." I asked for the two empty cups and she responded "I'd charge you a $1.00 a cup." How would she even ring up two cups, cups have no price? Female, about 5'6, husky build, Caucasian, dirty blonde hair, sweaty armpits, acne with a horrible attitude. Booooo

Don't come here before 8 am if you need to be to work on time. The line goes long and the worker is alone (I think the 2nd person comes in at 8?) You cannot order ahead. But they do have pumpkin spice!

Really bad service. No matter how many times I said good morning or thank you, the employee Jenny would not reply back. I know it was an order in the early am. I'm not expecting energy really, just the basic courteous behavior. Hope the customer service in this place changes and maybe the employee can put the phone away when taking an order and she was "multi-tasking" taking our order and sending texts.

Went into Randalls and went to the coffee counter. Young lady moved her mouth to ask what wanted but could not hear her and she never looked at me. 2 people behind me. She made their coffees drinks first then I asked where is mine. Again, no words, the look of disgust and she put too much cream in my coffee after I said splash.If the young lady does not want to work with the public or has zero ability to interact then get her out of a public space job.

I come here every day before work around 7:30am-7:45am and there is always a line 4 to 5+ people long with a 15min+ wait. The Barista is very friendly and makes great drinks but always looks a little stressed/rushed, being the only employee working in the mornings. This Starbucks location needs to support their staff by hiring a second barista for the morning shift. One barista to keep up with the morning demand is not enough, IMO.

IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 stars i literally would the barista is the rudest girlever i always greet her and go there often since its was nearest to my school and no she always has a mug in her face i asked her nicely to scan the app to get my stars and no she simply said no after she scanned 2 people infront of me, she’s also the only worker there i really hope she gets fired, also i usually order a pink drink with coconut milk but i went in the morning and i ordered a iced caramel macchiato with oat milk replaced instead of regular milk since i’m lactose intolerant and she did not do that i got really sick that day just THE WORST and i am not a karen friends of mine that have gone here have said the same thing
