The drive-thru went pretty quickly here, the staff was nice and they understood exactly what I wanted to order. My coffee was very hot, and I was very satisfied.

I've been disappointed in the service at this Starbucks location. The staff here isn't friendly. They need to up their customer service game.

Stopped by for my favorite Pink Drink and finally tried the Bacon Gouda sandwich and it was everything and more than what I expected. Big string cheese pull when I bit into it! Service was pleasant and very cheerful. Food was hot and fresh. Tried my husband’s White Chocolate Mocha and fell in love. Definitely getting my own next time. Happy Holidays! ❤️💚❤️💚

Quick Service and friendly people
Vibes were immaculate.
Staff seemed happy, so nice while taking my order, Taylor Swift was beaming down from the speakers with banger after banger. The Iced Sugar Cookie Latte screamed holiday cheer and the snowman cookie was perfection. I left the lobby feeling happier than I was when I walked in and that in itself is 💯.

I ordered an iced matcha latte. The barista first got my order wrong and when they remade the drink, they did not mix the drink well. The matcha powder was all smeared to the sides of the cup and the drink itself looked more milky white, almost like it was just milk. It tasted like just milk mostly too

One thing I truly appreciate about Starbucks is the consistency—whether I’m in Texas, California, or overseas, I know exactly what to expect. The grande cappuccino pictured here is exactly how I like it: rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced between foam and espresso.
But what really deserves a shout-out is the dine-in experience. I love that when I sit down to enjoy my drink, it’s served in a proper mug—not a paper cup. It’s a small touch, but it makes a big difference. It tells me Starbucks still values the in-store experience, not just convenience.
Thanks for keeping things consistently excellent.

Starbucks on Brodie is the worst I asked for a water because I work next store said I have to purchase a coffee in order to get a water and then refused to let me use the restroom when I am six months pregnant the lady with the glasses, think she might be the manager was super rude. Her staff did not acknowledge And I will make it my mission to get this issue solve it’s not ok because how rude the staff was.
I love the wall with puppies pictures 😢

Honestly really disappointed with the barista who made my iced coffee today..yes this was supposed to be coffee. I think my picture says it all. I feel ridiculous making this review but this tall coffee cost me over $6, I didnt have time to ask them to remake it or i wouldve held up the line & been late for work myself. It tastes like they just added sweet cream & ice, no coffee. Baristas please if the iced coffee looks this light in color then it was definitely made wrong!!! This is my usual order & its always a DARK brown
