30 minutes for one late and 2 bagels, and they got the order wrong š
Got things ready for customers that arrived after us.
Dropped food items on the floor picked them up and put in my bag. I had to request to get new cream cheese instead and got bad altitude from your staff. His first answer was āI put it in the side in the bagā. I thought drive through would work better but this location is just unprofessional, unsanitary and should absolutely loose food permit.

I visited Starbucks on Thursday and was excited to inquire about their decaf options, as I'm pregnant and trying to cut back on caffeine. Unfortunately, the young lady taking orders was quite rude when I asked for information. It was disappointing, especially since I was just trying to satisfy a craving.
However, this morning my husband suggested Dutch Bros and my experience at Dutch Bros was a complete turnaround. The barista was incredible! She took the time to share all the decaf options available and really listened to what I was craving. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help made all the difference. I left feeling satisfied and happy.
Itās a reminder of how important great customer service is. I hope Starbucks can improve in this area, as the experience can truly make or break a visit.
After Zach the GM left the attitude of the partners dropped drastically and they seemed to have had a high turnover rate. That was with the GM after Zach. But he is gone and they have a new GM. Things are looking up again.

Always greeted warmly when I enter. About 4 comfy chairs for lounging and lots of 2 tops. 2 long tables. Overall a great design and atmosphere.
Carlos is friendly and helpful in a way that feels genuine and authentic. Adryan was patient, kind, and helpful when I didn't want a bagel without cream cheese she was quick to remedy the situation without any fake attitude. Real people make locations like this stand out above the rest.
Thanks yall for making me feel welcome and brightening my day! You never know what someone is going through when they walk in ?

I was expecting the standard Starbucks experience, but was blown away by the customer service! Shannon greeted me at the register with the biggest smile and was very patient and polite! I usually use a different location, but will definitely be coming back after this experience.

This review is specifically for the person taking orders today (I also think she was taking orders for the drive thru). She has glasses, shorter hair that was darker in color. I had already placed my order for pickup and I wanted just a little bit more creamer. The baristas were busy and there were 4 people waiting for drinks. As a courtesy I went to ask the woman Iām describing for a mini cup of heavy cream because there was no one in line inside. She just looked at me like I was dumb and didnāt say a word. Then walked to the baristas and looked at me again and said you know you can just ask the baristas next time. When she handed me the cup I said thank you so much and she didnāt say a word. If you work in customer service, an attitude isnāt appropriate. I very much felt like I was a burden/annoyance and as a customer I shouldnāt feel that way. @management please talk to this person about her attitude because it sucks.
This place is a mess. It wasn't even busy, and those working here seem overwhelmed. No cashier taking orders, and a small line was forming. They got my order wrong. They remade my drink, but when I got home I noticed that my coffee was only half full. Food items I got seemed old. Scone and muffin were incredibly dry.

ZOE was extremely unprofessional and rude when they didnāt have expreso at 5:10am (when they open) and I said thatās what I would like. She told me I could go to another Starbucks. Will be reporting to corporate.
