The workers are nice but this location needs to work on making better coffee I got a caramel ribbon crunch it tasted bland they put to way too much ice and I berly got any caramel it was a little swirl on the top with a few crunch pieces

Incredibly disappointed. I came in at 9:40 PM to grab coffee for myself and another night shift nurse — well before closing time at 10 PM — and was told they had already cleaned everything and wouldn’t serve me. refusing to make drinks 20 minutes before close when the store is lazy and inconsiderate. We rely on places like this to be dependable, especially as night shift workers with limited options. Really disappointed in the lack of effort and respect for posted hours.

Why is the music so loud 📢😭? It's hard to work because the music is so loud. Also very tiny Starbucks with limited seating. Wifi!

The barista today was awesome... Although I failed to get his name... he was really friendly and helpful... And for once my name was written correctly... He was very patient with our order and had a smile on for the entire time we sat there enjoying our delicious coffee... I usually request for my coffee made in a certain way (don't we all) since I don't really like the preset recipes (either too much or too little of one thing) but today I tried the iced lavender matcha and it was surprisingly delicious... I believe things are way better when prepared while you're feeling happy.... Overall his service and his personality made my day...
