Very friendly unfortunately they got a new machine that makes the coffee diluted. The store made an effort to make me - the customer happy and they were very friendly. William was a hero, Starbucks needs more people like William.

Never have problems with this starbucks until today. I asked for cold foam which it’s an extra charge NOTHING ON MY DRINK. I also asked for extra caramel crunch which I ALSO PAYED EXTRA. This looks like they put the usual.. unfortunately I had to go home and make my own cold foam. This is not the first time A starbucks has made the same mistake. I also waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks!

Ordered Venti Caramel Macchiato, this is my fav Starbucks but today I disappointed with the time they had taken to make that coffee was too long and coffee feels like only whole milk and caramel. Didn’t expected this.

I ordered the protein matcha but was given a cup of matcha… tofu. I let the staff know, and they were very helpful and quickly made me a new drink. The second cup was correct and tasted good, so I appreciated their service.

I am a neighbor and I live in Mueller and it’s really disappointing. How sketchy a staff they have now I see the same barista practically every day cause this is my local and I’m writing a book here and they don’t even say hi it’s really rude then when I reminded them hey it’s like is there anything I can get for you? I said yes say hi and doesn’t recognize you. They shouldn’t be working in service and then there are others that are just so I don’t know if they’re overworked and underpaid but this stuff for the last six months terrible I wish the old staff was back here.

This is our favorite Starbucks. They are friendly and accommodating. The place has also nice outdoor seats and tables. We usually sit there and enjoy the weather while drinking our Frappuccinos.

The workers are nice but this location needs to work on making better coffee I got a caramel ribbon crunch it tasted bland they put to way too much ice and I berly got any caramel it was a little swirl on the top with a few crunch pieces

Incredibly disappointed. I came in at 9:40 PM to grab coffee for myself and another night shift nurse — well before closing time at 10 PM — and was told they had already cleaned everything and wouldn’t serve me. refusing to make drinks 20 minutes before close when the store is lazy and inconsiderate. We rely on places like this to be dependable, especially as night shift workers with limited options. Really disappointed in the lack of effort and respect for posted hours.
