Very friendly unfortunately they got a new machine that makes the coffee diluted. The store made an effort to make me - the customer happy and they were very friendly. William was a hero, Starbucks needs more people like William.
I ordered the protein matcha but was given a cup of matcha… tofu. I let the staff know, and they were very helpful and quickly made me a new drink. The second cup was correct and tasted good, so I appreciated their service.
I am a neighbor and I live in Mueller and it’s really disappointing. How sketchy a staff they have now I see the same barista practically every day cause this is my local and I’m writing a book here and they don’t even say hi it’s really rude then when I reminded them hey it’s like is there anything I can get for you?
