Honestly I’m so over this place. I just wanted a Matcha water. They charged me $5.95 for a Custom Tea + $1 for Matcha powder!! $6.95 to put F-ING matcha powder in water!
I switched it to a latte which takes more ingredients, more work and that is a dollar cheaper! But what I got was a venti cup of MILK with only 2 scoops of matcha! For a venti that’s ridiculous.

I come on a weekly basis. Today, I asked if they can top off my drink with milk and the barista stated I'd need to pay extra. That seems silly to me since I was at the drive through and I know I could have topped it off myself with milk if I was inside since the half and half, milk, 2% is available to customers.
I also clearly asked them to scan my starbucks card for points and stated I want to use a different credit card. Well, they charged the Starbucks card.
