I always order Macchiato, but I found this shop has the worst taste of Macchiato! Other location is doing better. I won’t go back to this one.

The drive through guy was awesome on 12/7/24. He was friendly throughout the ordering process and allowed my family to take our time ordering what we wanted. I never felt rushed.

Only using a gift card but the coffee was tasty, we got the seasonal drinks pictured. I don't support Starbucks generally....the overpriced coffee and pretentiousness is too much for me and I'd rather support a local coffee shop but it was fine.

didnt even fill my drink up literally 3/4 full and then just sat my drink in the mobile orders without calling my name causing my to stand and wait for an extended period for no reason

Remodeled and refurnished since I was last there - looks nice but they could use more staff? 5pm on Saturday and the wait was 15mins?!

Starbucks has become a sterile environment compared to how it was 10-15 yrs ago. And the company wonders why it has problems staying profitable.
I can get a cup of coffee just about anywhere; and I make a mean cup of joe at home. So going to Starbucks isn't a necessity if all I want is an impersonal, sterile environment. The coffees aren't quite as good, and the selection of varietals is much smaller. It's just an okay experience.
I don't know about you, but (other than the drive thru slaves..lol) if I'm popping out early in the morning for a coffee costing $4-$7, I expect more than the great tasting coffee I can make at home; that includes ambiance.
Quick question for those of you reading my review; how many of you remember when Starbucks used to have cream, sugar, cinnamon etc station in the dining area? Starbucks took that out to control costs of people using however much of the coffee accouterments they choose, use fewer employees bc no one has to refill or clean the station. BUT, I don't always know how much cream or sugar I want depending on how dark the coffee is etc. It also was like the "office water cooler" where I could have quick chat with other patrons.
Bottom line is Starbucks has gone the way of the supposedly efficient, depersonalized, little opportunity for variance enterprise. Not special enough for me to shuck out major dollars for a cup of joe.

Dear manager Ana, I don’t appreciate the way you replied back to my complaint. Re-making a coffee tomorrow or next week was not the answer I was looking forward to.
Ana and her team are timely, efficient and extremely welcoming. Their customer service is unmatched by any other location, the drive through is always easy and never slow as well as the excellent customer service! It’s the best location hands down!

I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks location. While there is hardly any parking, the drive through is always fast. Everyone is so kind and cheerful! And they never make my order wrong (it’s a flat white and you can tell if the coffee is added at the wrong time).
