I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks location. While there is hardly any parking, the drive through is always fast. Everyone is so kind and cheerful! Went to the Starbucks twice and ordered a cappuccino and twice they’ve only filled it half way. Please ensure drinks are filled adequately.
Got the new Chicken, Maple Butter & Egg Sandwich today for a birthday reward. So disgusting the bread was sogging and the chicken patty was soggy! Do not get.

Michelle is the sweetest! She always greets me by name and with a smile! We often stop before daycare drop off and they have really improved on the drive thru situation.
I wanted to say this location is extremely rude and unprofessional!!!! I used to work at starbuck before. And I understand my mission and delivery the good drink to the customers. I want my drink to be right. That's why I alwasy show the cashier my drink recipe, and I want to make sure I want the extra Foam. This cashier lady charge me a lot, which I never got charge that much before for my drink. RJ did not make my drink right, I was ask him to remake it. RJ EXTREMELY RUDE, ignored my words and went away . Cashier her name is Hong. I also had a bad morning after seeing her. I dont know if you guys we're forcing her to work on thanksgiving day or she sign up for herself. But at least dont bring the attitude to the store and delivery that madness, attitude to the customers.

I’ve been here several times and everyone’s ok but today, they were AMAZING! I had ordered a latte to go before my doc appointment and when I got there, it was not ready. When they looked, it wasn’t there so I looked at my app, and I had accidentally ordered my latte to METRIC and Parmer, not MOPAC and Parmer. Jing Xi (I hope I got that right) was amazing and quickly made my latte so I wasn’t late for my appointment and she did it all with the warmest smile!’ She definitely needs kudos for her exemplary customer service skills!!’

Had to get a blood draw today and after fasting, I was pretty hungry and dying for a coffee. I stopped at Starbucks and ordered a tall Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Bacon, Egg and Gouda sandwich. Everything was delicious! The baristas was so friendly and nice. Overall I had a great experience!
