It went ok overall, but the team was so dismissive and rude when I came in with my dog. He’s an service animal (he’s still a puppy and can be a little more energetic than the typical service animal). I understand that not everybody likes dogs but they still shouldn’t have such an attitude when someone comes in with their service animal. this type of behavior has no place in the service industry.

My husband came on Veterans Day to get his free coffee and was told they didn’t do anything for veterans on Veterans Day. And not to mention the person that served him was rude.

I waited for over 30 minutes for a single coffee order, and my name was never called or announced when it was ready. I kept waiting without any update from the staff. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks. If an order is delayed or ready, customers should be informed politely and promptly. Very disappointing experience

Drive thru went fast, order taker was accurate and cashier were pleasant, but whoever made my PSL didn't do a good job of making it, syrup was unstirred on the bottom, come on, for nearly $7, I do want my drink perfect! Do better!

They do not show the seating in the pictures on purpose. The Starbucks was built and furnished during their hostile phase. All the chairs and furniture are meant to get you out of the store as soon as possible. You're better off visiting one of the newer Starbucks that is not so hostile to its paying customers.
