They do not show the seating in the pictures on purpose. The Starbucks was built and furnished during their hostile phase. All the chairs and furniture are meant to get you out of the store as soon as possible. You're better off visiting one of the newer Starbucks that is not so hostile to its paying customers.

I’ve tried several drinks from this location since it’s the closest Starbucks to me, but unfortunately, I’ve consistently been disappointed. Most recently, I ordered an iced matcha that was full of lumps. When I brought it to the barista’s attention, I was told they could remake it—but that it would likely still be lumpy.

It’s frustrating that in today’s economy, a $7 drink can come with such poor quality and customer service. I hope this store takes more care in preparing drinks properly and addressing customer concerns moving forward.

Staff is slow to make drinks. Every Sunday morning I come here there’s always 1 person making a drink. The others just kinda stand around. Either one of them look happy to be here. I order a drink 15 mins ahead to pick up time and it still won’t be ready when I get there.

The guy working today got mad at me for placing an order for the drive through. I wanted to use my rewards and get a fun drink and didn’t want to order it through the window it was easier on the app to order the customizations. It was also totally not busy nobody in the drive through when I left or got there. Honestly ruined my whole day and bad vibes.

In my opinion, Starbucks is an exceptional coffee shop. I am a regular customer, and the only complaint I have is that the drive-through line is often extremely long between the hours of 7 and 9. Therefore, I prefer to avoid using the drive-through during those times.

I love this location, I really do, but you’d think at some point you’d think the baristas would learn to read a label. If I customize any drink it never gets done. Caramel macchiato extra caramel drizzle? No drizzle. White chocolate mocha latte with 6 pumps instead of 4? still only puts 4. Loaf of bread heated up? Not heated up. It’s annoying lol. The new renovations are nice, the staff is always sweet, but anxiety always stops me from having to go back in and ask them to correct it. (Mind you I order at 6am, so it’s not busy either.)
