A really nice team always friendly and going the extra mile. Example: they gave me a small paper cup with extra milk in case the splash of milk they did to my coffee was not enough. It’s delightful details like this that take it to the next level
Drive thru went fast, order taker was accurate and cashier were pleasant, but whoever made my PSL didn't do a good job of making it, syrup was unstirred on the bottom, come on, for nearly $7, I do want my drink perfect! Do better!
In my opinion, Starbucks is an exceptional coffee shop. I am a regular customer, and the only complaint I have is that the drive-through line is often extremely long between the hours of 7 and 9. Therefore, I prefer to avoid using the drive-through during those times.
