Terrible customer service.I came to pick up an order and one of the employees was extremely rude. I thought she asked how I was so I replied back and asked how she was. Her answer was “Are you picking up and order?” So I said, “I thought you said: how’re you?” And she replied “no, are you picking up an order” she clearly doesn’t know how customer service works! Definitely won’t be coming back to this specific location…

This Starbucks consistently provides phenomenal service. Always so friendly and quick! I’m sad to see the inside seating area gone with the neighboring Randall’s closed and orders only being to-go (there’s another Starbs down the street if you need a place to sit) and I hope they continue to stay open.

I honestly do not understand some of the bad reviews. I am a regular here and this is the only Starbucks that makes my drink taste amazing every time (tall brown sugar shaken espresso with the one pump of white mocha, basic I know haha ). They are always so sweet and every morning I am greeted with "good morning" and every thing. There is no drive thru and sometimes parking can be crazy, but I will literally do it if it means do not sit in a drive thru for someone to get it wrong. I ordered on the app towards closing yesterday for the last day of the 50% off drinks, and they were beyond sweet.
