This Starbucks is inside the Randall’s to the left as you walk in the door. There are a few tables with some seating, nothing fancy, though, and a small menu of drinks and a handful of pastries. This is not as big as the independent Starbucks cafés, But it’s got all the basics.

This place isn’t even really a Starbucks. Im being for real, The employees themselves told me that they are actually Randles employees, not Starbucks employees, thus the subpar service. They can’t even use the Starbucks app to pay for my food because they are on a Randalls cashier system…. They may dress and act like Starbucks employees but they are imposters! Would not recommend.

I wait about 1:30 minutes for a table, and when I ask for my table the girl at the front desk say me that my phone number was written wrong and I have to wait another 45 minutes.

Horrible experience . Trying to order my drink while carrying on a conversation with my husband and the barista (Max) at every moment is commenting on my conversation which was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. On top of making the person who order after me drinks first and then mine.

I asked for two cups of pike coffee. She said they don’t have pike. She can give me dark roast or I should wait for 5-10 minutes for her to brew it. I said I’d wait. 2 minutes later she said my “pikes” are ready but she gave me 2 cups of dark roast that are so strong that we couldn’t drink and had to threw away.

This location is in Randall's. Starbucks is pretty consistent across the board. I dont go for the coffee as its not good, i tend to stick to the teas as i can control the amount of sugar they add. Anything with a pump seems to be 90% sugar. Service is great and usually not as busy as a standalone store.
