Never been to a Starbucks with more rude, uncaring staff. The company is supposed to be turning over a new leaf on customer service but it isn’t evident here. Drinks handed out with no care or attention, terrible Frappuccino, wouldn’t even give me a “baby-ccino” for my son, claiming never heard of it. Manager needs to do customer service training.

The vibe here was really chill, even though it was super busy. Service was a little slow, but that’s expected with the crowd. Coffee was good and the restrooms were clean, which is always a plus.

I go to starbucks often, and MANY times they miss a step in my order. I am writing this in hopes that it sets low expectations for this location. They must be rushing/taking more orders than they can handle. If you order delivery, you're screwed.

This place has no respect for its customers and seems to have an issue with discrimination which determines the level of service and respect you receive. I went in recently and was very clear to order a Frappuccino made with Oat Milk with NO whip. As I’m standing at the pick up counter, an employee turns and slides the drink and turns back around very quickly. They didn’t even call the name on the cup, which felt odd but I dismissed it at first because the drink had whip on it so I assumed it wasn’t mine. I waited as it went unclaimed so I looked at it and it was mine, clearly labeled on the cup “oak milk, no whip”. I showed it to the employee, a very tall white male and he told me he would “scoop it off, because that’s all they do” (which I know is NOT company policy). He was very abrasive in his response as he postered himself arrogantly. I initially decided I would scoop it off myself and just never return, but then I figured if they got the whip wrong when it was clearly labeled otherwise then maybe I should check about the oat milk since that is a more urgent food allergy. At first, he tried to lie and dismiss me, but as I began to question the employee that made the drink she admitted that it was not made with oat milk. Out of shock and frustration due to the fact of the treatment I was receiving and then also trying to force the wrong order on me against policy, I said “oh my God”. This man then began to YELL AT ME AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS. I was so embarrassed. After going back and forth with him for a moment, I decided to pull out my phone to record the incident because the audacity was astounding. At that point, he immediately stopped talking and ran to the back room and I never saw him again. I asked to speak to a manager, and it turned out that she was standing right there the whole time and didn’t say a word to stop him from embarrassing me in front of the whole store which was very crowded at the time. I asked to get a number to corporate and was given the info to a district manager. I thought the issue would surely be corrected. Sadly, I went back in the next week and order the exact same thing. This time, I decided to stand and watch my drink being made. I sat and watched the employee make a Frappuccino with regular milk again, smh. As he was pouring it into a cup, another employee noticed that not only was I watching but I had been recording the entire interaction from start to finish (to ensure my safety and accountability due to the previous incident) and he whispered something to the employee that was making the drink. Visibly upset, he defiantly poured out the drink he was making and reluctantly went to get oat milk and start over. He didn’t even rinse the blender back out first (which again, I know it not company policy) but rather than advocate for myself and risk being publicly humiliated again, I took my drink spoke to the manager on duty separately and decided it would be easier for me to make my own coffee from now on if I have to literally watch them make it to ensure that they respect my food allergy. I called the district manager back again and have not even received a call back. She left me a message after the first incident telling me she would follow back up with me but that never happened either. It’s true when they say “attitude reflects leadership”. The way employees act is a direct result of the allowances of the leadership above them and I will never spend my money in Starbucks again. Any of them. I don’t feel like I can trust them anymore due to the consistency of actions at what presents itself as one of Starbucks “premier” locations.

I went into this Starbucks secretly hoping to have found a drive-through. But the easy access and free 1-hour parking + the beautiful people watching made this location a new favorite.

Super-quick baristas who made my iced chai just right. I've never had a better chai. Starbucks gets it right every time with their proprietary concentrate.

It’d been a while since I last visited. A great location. The staff is friendly and inviting. The interior is spacious and beautiful, which is what you’d expect out of a flagship store. It’s fitting of the very nice location(Domain). One of the very best Starbucks around.

A typical Starbucks with strong air-conditioning. An option to work and drinking something.
Starbucks became pricy.

Coffee always tastes burnt.

Based on their reply, they do not understand the meaning of the word ALWAYS.
