The last two times I've been here have been ridiculous. Two times ago it took over 40 minutes to get my cold brew. And this last time they actually refused to get me a water, and I asked politely (I'm a server in the service industry, so I treat people how I wanted to be treated). Her name was Punica or something like that. It wasn't merely refusing to make a water to go with my order it was her rude disposition that took me by surprise. VERY disappointed in the staff here.

This isn't an regular Starbucks store, Reserve Starbucks is an highend cafe from starbucks with lot of options than regular Starbucks store and with special merchandise as well. If you want an different Starbucks cafe experience than normal ones, you can try the Starbucks Reserve. Its bit crowded on evenings n weekends

Unfortunately, customer service at this location has gone downhill over time. On multiple visits, I’ve experienced consistently rude and dismissive behavior when ordering and picking up drinks. The tone often feels sassy and unprofessional, with little effort to be welcoming or courteous.
Starbucks used to feel like a friendly, comfortable place to start the day, but this location no longer offers that experience. I hope management addresses staff training and professionalism, because right now the attitude alone makes me hesitate to return.

I like to drink coffee from a real cup, and did say to the person taking my order that I wanted it ‘for here.’ He wasn’t listening and put it in a standard cup but poured it in a ceramic cup when I reminded him. The sandwich and pastry were fresh and excellent, and the seating and ambiance is superb.

This has never happened to me before — I ordered a white mocha with no whip, and when I opened the cup it literally had grease in it. I’ve never seen anything like this before; it was honestly disgusting, the amount of grease.
Never been to a Starbucks with more rude, uncaring staff. The company is supposed to be turning over a new leaf on customer service but it isn’t evident here. Drinks handed out with no care or attention, terrible Frappuccino, wouldn’t even give me a “baby-ccino” for my son, claiming never heard of it. Manager needs to do customer service training.
