I would give it 0 stars but that’s not an option. It’s raining outside, the lady with the curly hair and the glass that worked on May 5, 2025 around 2 pm treated me like I dont belong there and didn’t even pretend to care about my drink. I asked for a latte and got hot milk. Is it because I’m Latino? This is exactly why I don’t tip them anymore… Charge all that money for hot milk… Been let down too many times…

This is one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve visited. The space is large, clean, and well laid out, with plenty of seating both indoors and outside—great whether you’re meeting someone, working on your laptop, or just relaxing. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. What really adds to the value is how well everything is managed: the drinks are made right, the place is kept clean, and you never feel rushed. For the price, you’re not just getting a coffee—you’re getting a reliable, comfortable experience every time.

It's a flavorless watery concoction with a coffee flavor as if they waved the water under the coffee bush, hoping to catch the coffee essence right through the air. Thank God I live closer to Dutch Bros. It's hard to compare the two coffee vendors because I don't think their drink choices are comparable, so for me, they don't really compete, but this Starbucks in the Domain has made a horrible impression. I won't be back. I also sat next to another customer that after taking a drink of her selection said "Yuck, that tastes terrible". Whatever they got going on today it's not making good drinks.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks today. I ordered a Chai Tea Latte, but they gave me a Latte instead. Since I was in a rush and had already left the store, I couldn’t go back to address the mistake. The coffee tasted awful and was of very low quality.
On top of that, the staff was extremely rude, making the whole experience even worse. While they might update the store’s decor, they definitely need to work on hiring and training better staff. I won’t be coming back here again.

Angelique has a stellar personality that’ll have you wanting to drive out of your way for your morning coffee. I didn’t like my drink but she was sweet as pie and made the whole exchange experience so simple and stress free. Coming back for sure!
