Very disappointed with the service.
The staff at this Starbucks location was unexpectedly rude during my visit. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, their attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks, and it definitely left a negative impression. Hoping the management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

The service was bad she couldn’t hear us my passage was trying to order when we got to window she said she was not taking order from us because we where being loud mind you I wasn’t being loud I just wanted her to hear us and we told her the order 7 times in the Uber driver this is unacceptable and I asked for a water cup and they didn’t Want to give to me And h they slammed the drive thru windows on. Us mind you im from Los Angeles I come her to have a good time for my family I don’t need the disrespect service

But the women on the register at 6 am on September 12 2025 has horrible customer service. Straight attitude! Im thinking to myself what did I do to you? She shouldn't be on the register or work for anything that has to do with customer service. Smoke a blunt maybe your mind can change a bit....

Starbucks always comes through when I need a quick pick-me-up. The service is fast and efficient, even during the morning rush. Mobile orders are usually ready right on time, and the baristas do a great job keeping the line moving without sacrificing quality.
My drinks are consistently made right, and I appreciate how the staff keeps things friendly while working at such a quick pace. It makes grabbing coffee on the go super convenient.
If you’re looking for a spot that balances speed and consistency, this Starbucks definitely delivers.

I went to Starbucks today to get a matcha around 5:20 pm on August 5th,2025 and had the worst encounter with a girl who was working the window. She was short, long hair, Mexican. I ordered a matcha with cold foam on top. When I first got my drink there was no cold foam so I asked for some and she takes the drink back and comes back and hands me this (photo)!! I said I know you poured out my matcha and HALF MY DRINK IS COLD FOAM! She said oh I put extra in with a smirk on her face. I ask to just buy a new one but she insist on remaking it again and when she gave it back for the 3rd time I could tell she shook it up because it tasted only like cold foam. This girl deserves to be fired because she clearly doesn’t care about quality. I was going to go inside to speak to her but I had to go to work. Hopefully I never see her again.

Had an early flight and decided to stop for some coffee before hand, Met the barista with the name Fred, she was very lovely and polite and helped me choose which coffee to get because I was indecisive… Made me smile and restored my faith in humanity since Gen Z nowadays is so rude! Will definitely be coming back! Thank you fred!

I had just moved into the area and was worried that I would be judged for being from Oregon. Coming to this Starbucks I was quite anxious. Until I was met face to face with an employee with the name tag “Fred”. “Fred” was the most genuine, kind, and warming soul I have ever met. I swear she made my mocha cookie crumble with EXTRA love and care. Thank you for everything you have done for me, that introduction to Austin will have such a long lasting impact on me.
