This parking lot feels like a tow trap! Signs are not clearly visible, my car is towed very fast by a private company. I was towed despite not realizing I was violating any rule. Be very careful if you park here. It’s $325 to get back my car :((

What is wrong with this store? It’s gorgeous, but staff behavior is appalling. My 81 year old mother who has cancer came in with her service dog. She was one of the first customers at the first location in Houston, and has been a loyal customer since. The shockingly rude manager (dark haired, slim, and nasty) came out of the back door and practically screamed that her tiny service dog could NOT sit on her lap. He shamed, blamed, and intimidated her in front of everyone. We have come back reluctantly a couple of times. The space is beautiful, but this place is run like a monkey barbershop. Some of the employees are nice, but the nasty ones are so awful that it’s not worth it. The wait time from placing and receiving an order is significant, even when there isn’t a line. The tall, irritable barista with a black beard is nasty and passive aggressive. He clearly hates his job and customers, too. When I asked for the bathroom code he refused to look at me, and rudely spewed out the code. I had to ask a second time and he was even ruder. What a shame. Starbucks management needs to look to the 15th Street location to see how it should be done. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? This store has a very long history of bad reviews.

I came in to wait on my wife to pick me up. I was tired from work. I had already ordered a drink. After a little while I fell asleep from being tired from work. I was woken up by the manager telling me keep your eyes open. He startled me. I didn't know it was a bad thing to fall asleep even after buying a drink from them. Not very nice of the manager. Not happy at all. I am not some kind of homeless person.

I was impressed with the friendly and quick service, as well as the quality of my latte and breakfast sandwich. I came about 45 mins before closing. I appreciate that they didn’t cut corners just because it was late.

Manager was very rude. He was extremely worried about whether or not I had made a purchase or not before he would give out the retstoom code. All the while I was in dire need. Awful customer service. For the record I had just purchased 2 refreshers...... sheesh

Went there to get a 16oz coffee before work. I don’t know why dude had an attitude with me from jump. When I got my coffee only 8oz was in my cup. Didn’t get what I paid for and was greeted very poorly. I’m not going to this location again, only 3rd street from here on out

I ordered a strawberry creme frap and they made the drink correctly. There was no line it was quick considering there is also a drive thru outside. Ordering person greeted us with smile

Worst Caramel Brulee Latte I have tried. Tastes so BAD, I literally almost puked!!!! Would love to go back and request for my money back.
Also, I am not sure why it separates on the top like this.

The guy working there closed the store at least 15 minutes early and ignored us and another gentleman who wanted to grab a coffee. He also walked right by the door and avoided eye contact because he knew he was wrong.

Caffeine ✅ Fueled up before heading into ACL. Awesome atmosphere which isn't always the case for Starbucks but this one tipped the scale and in a great way. Stop in if you're in area it's worth it!

Beware of TOWING! I was inside when my car was towed.. I should have known better but my day was ruined because towing company really sucks! My car was towed while I literally was in line.

Could not believe the girl at the counter was instructed not to give anyone free ice or water. My dog was panting and I have never seen an Austin business of any kind refuse a hot dog water. Shameful Now it's months later Austin city limits festivals going on and I'm being told to put up my guitar go away. I was telling anything that I would need him it's even water for my dog can be handled at the front. I've never seen somebody be so blatantly rude and unapologetically short but you know the standards anymore I guess if you can show up and fill up an app that don't mind how you talk to the customers here. It's something else
