Sadly only half my mobile order was ready when stated.. the food had a 15 minute wait.. I asked for the item cold and I would heat it myself.. i was handed the wrong item. When I returned to get the item I paid for I overheard the baristas talking about me picking up the wrong order. Well actually I was handed the wrong order and I dont appreciate being talked about being blamed for their error... check your orders before you walk away even when its handed to you.

They need better people to handle airport patrons. I waited 20 minutes in line to get 2 cups of tea with only 8 people in front of me.
I guess that it’s my fault that o waited.

Took 25 minutes to get my drink. 5 other workers were standing around while 1 made drinks. And then after 25 minutes it was the worst Frappuccino I’ve ever had and I threw the whole thing away. Gross. I don’t even know how you mess that up but it was white in color…

The customer service at this location was unacceptable. I have never had any Starbucks employees treat us with so much sarcasm and disrespect. We asked for our bread to be reheated and they were nothing but rude and unhelpful. Specifically the tall white feminine speaking male making coffee 10/11/2025 at about 0515. After giving our bread back, which should’ve been rewarmed, it wasn’t. I watched the young lady keep it on the counter the entire time and then handed it to us like she warmed it.

Manager had an extreme attitude when i requested a water. I go to Starbucks nearly everyday and order a VENTI (large) water and have never had an issue. Her argument was that she could not ring it in through their system, then when a separate cashier asked their peer how the ring in my grande (medium) water she was instructed that they do not ring in the waters? You would think some sort a costumer service is included in the training. I guess that's why you're a barista.

I ordered a latte with coconut milk (my favorite drink at Starbucks) and the milk was bad. They offered another drink.. I took a regular latte and it tasted horrible. Maybe they did that on purpose because they did not lilke I said the milk tasted bad.
It is a shame how bad the quality of products and service has been decreasing at Starbucks.

Stood in a long line for 15 minutes, just to get to the front and he told that they were out of tea bags for the Medicine Ball. Seeing such long lines and knowing they were out of things, wish they would have informed people while they were in the line to save time.

Two young women working on Monday 08/11/25 at 7:30 am showed little initiative and provided poor customer service, talking and seemingly wasting time while the line was extremely long. They should consider a different job, not ethical at all.

Waited 24 min for a black drip coffee mobile order. Don’t be in a hurry if you see a line. Just because they have the most practice in the world, doesn’t mean they’re going to keep up with demand (apparently). No blame though, this current crew (aug 25) seems to running a full sustainable speed.

However… if you check on your order you get shade. Guys 24min for a pike in a cup is nuts… and don’t forget half the time yall pour it and leave it under the dispenser and never bring it to the mobile pick up. It’s not me… it’s you.
