I understand this airport is busy but there are three people max working and if I could give this zero stars, I would. We got our drinks in less than five minutes, but they told us that our pastries would come out in 10 to 15. 30 minutes later when my flight is boarding in five minutes, the tickets to go on the bag for the pastries had just been pulled and were not placed in the toaster yet. They only had one oven working, business was very slow, and customer service was very much below par.

They don’t carry any hot tea! First Starbucks I’ve visited that doesn’t sell tea. And the service was horrible! The cashier was rude! Don’t give them your money.

While I understand that this is a very busy location, the system they have in place to handle orders is not working; we ordered two hot drinks and one unheated pastry. The drinks came out in five minutes, BUT the pastry never came. After asking several times, and being told repeatedly the pastry was coming, it never came until I asked for a refund. Do better.

Got a refund after a 30 minute wait for a 30 second microwaved egg bite. Four Starbucks employees standing around watching one operate (slowly, like geologic time slow) the microwave. Barista meanwhile pushing out drinks.

The drinks are too expensive for y’all to be nasty towards customers. I get it’s 4 in the morning but it’s customer service. Whoever the guy was who felt the need to call me hun and say “You didn’t order that hun. You didn’t order that.” needs training, there’s a way to talk to customers and people in general and it’s not that.
