All of the staff is so friendly every time I go. Also, shout out to Ella who was super nice to me when I went one day! The 4 stars is really just for Starbucks in general being pricey. I also agree with the other review about needing a kiosk and losing customers since you can only order on the app here

Came in for the hot chocolate holiday special but they closed before hours. I saw multiple employees in the store. It’s ridiculous. Why hold a special and close before hours? 1 star for poor service and performance.

I get this for people who live nearby and have the app this is cool, but I was visiting the area and used my GPS to find a Starbucks and then couldn't get coffee by walking in and telling them my order. Frustrating to say the least.
