Every time I come here the workers are always in a bad mood or just plain rude. I’m not sure if skin color has something to do with it, but I always feel unwelcome here.

i just got a sandwhich from here and it tasted like straight ahhhhh the chocolate milk i got in a box was better than it. and tell me why my total was 15 bucks and i couldn’t decline tip 💔 but atleast it looks fancy in there I guess

Not sure if this people were even trained as baristas. We asked to a vanilla iced coffee and they literally just put vanilla in coffee, no creamer or anything. That’s a basic drink anyone can make. Also my husbands iced caramel macchiato was 75% milk, it was ridiculous how little coffee they actually put in it. They have no idea how to make coffee.

This is my go-to Starbucks! I’m a creature of habit and I’m fixated on Oatmilk Lattes, hot, even if it’s 100+ degrees outside. This location knows my order, the team is super friendly and they work really fast! I used to go to a Starbucks by the Domain and I can’t count the amount of times I was late to work because someone would take my drink and they’d have to make it brand new. I’ve never experienced that here and for that alone they should get 100 stars.
I rarely give reviews but the service at this Starbucks was second to none. High energy, positive employees, and personalized interactions.

I luv this Starbucks but when I try to get a free item for my birthday(which is today i was told no) i told her i ve seen it online the you guys do as long as you or a member..the answer was still no! Im confuse now

What has happened to Starbucks overall? It is just not convenient or fast. Takes *way* too long to get your drinks, etc. And, they've made the lobby/seating area just way too spartan.
People are nice but it's just not what it used to be...
