Can I ask why the passive aggressiveness? I ordered coffee from this location around the afternoon at the drive-through. During the ordering process, this specific barista was passive aggressive towards me for no reason. Her voice conveyed some sort of annoyance or attitude, almost like a vocal eye-roll. I was taken back at her passive aggressiveness.
I did noticed that the barista who rung me up at the window was friendlier and her voice did not match on the speaker. However, there was another barista with headset and I was able to get her name,

Before paying I showed my app for the stars but the lady whose manner was not nice did not scan my QR code and I did not get anything. I lost 132 stars because it was a special discount. I had to buy 4 meals in 4 days for +100 stars. This would have been my 2nd meal purchase in 4 days and that would have met the requirement. I'm a returning customer. According to the app, I've spent $700 at Starbucks in 8 months.
They messed up our order because I got something completely different than what I ordered and they did not check the drink they gave us at the drive thru. They fixed the mistake and the girls who made the drinks were very nice but I did not get my points... This is a complete lack of attention and kindness. I work in this too but I never behave like this with customers

I prepped him on his Swedish class homework as he's auditing Swedish at UT this term..
I'm supporting my son and spending more time with him. Thankful to the Lord that he is doing well and we get to connect often.
Try their new Pecan Oak Milk Latte, if you swing by. I love Pecan pie, and the flavor sets my brain up for fall, football and family times.

I’m a regular Starbucks customer and usually have a great experience, but today’s visit through the drive-thru was really disappointing. I ordered a black tea with strawberry açaí base and strawberry inclusions, something I get often. Instead, I was given a plain strawberry açaí drink.
When I asked if it had tea in it, the barista told me no and insisted I had only asked for strawberry açaí. She then told me, “Next time make sure you say black tea,” which was frustrating because I did specify that in my order. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
What made it worse was watching her pour out half the drink and just add tea to it, instead of remaking it properly. The final drink tasted watered down and only had a single strawberry inclusion — despite the extra charge for it.
I’ve never had this kind of experience at Starbucks before, and it was disappointing, especially since I come here almost daily. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service moving forward.

barista erick is so kind he alwys smiles and asked me how my day is, my drink never comes wrong and they are very nice . even when it busy they are still on top of it and always communicate with me. thank you to girls making my drinks are very also sweet

Ximena was awesome. I ordered my drink all wrong and she was so patient and kind. I know customer service is frustrating but she didn’t act bothered at all and went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted. I’m glad this location is by my house, because I will definitely be coming back! 😍🙌

Best Starbucks ever. Drinks are consistent, staff are kind & unproblematic. I literally come here 2-3x a week (I have a problem 🥹). Peak the goodie bag with the sweetest note - they noticed I’m bout to pop baby. 🩵

Great drive thru service! Everything tastes good always. Only not 5 stars cause they are literally always sold out of nearly all the food items. I work very close and no matter what time of day or day of the week, many things are sold out. I get it's a busy location but maybe they could have a bit more back stock of some of the more popular items. Still a great location though with a hardworking amazing staff!

I ordered coffee on the Starbucks app, but it didn't have any toppings or syrups I requested. And I already ordered it on the app, but they made us wait a pretty long.. They really don't care about customers at all 🥀🥀 I just wasted my money. Where are my toppings and syrups?

Lackluster staff—uninviting and impersonal. Plenty of room for work space but comfort is minimal. Serves a drive thru at most.
