This Starbucks location can be pretty hectic sometimes and drive up super busy, but I always received my orders right and well done. Very standard and consistent customer service.

seems like they get easily over whelmed by amount of orders. Also staff is constantly having to re-make orders, i understand that the staff is still learning and that this location is recently built, but 35mins plus is a drive thru line i cant escape, makes you wonder, wtf is going on? ..or not going? Either way starbucks in Domain way better or even the one in the Target Arboretum - because at this one you will wait so long for something so quick.

HORRIBLE!!!! They “closed down” drive thru minutes before 9 and the lady in the drive thru was not giving great customer service at all very disappointed. My drink came out all watery with no flavor ??‍♀️.

Employees have no backbone here and no regard for customers' safety. Without cause, my wife was getting cursed out and harassed by another patron while she was paying for her order. Workers just stood there and did not try to intervene or deescalate in any way. She felt unsafe in a situation that should have been controlled by the spineless excuse for people who work there. There is no excuse for this having happened. It's a shame I wasn't there so that I could have handled the situation myself. The actions that took place today prove what everyone already knows, that this place is trash.

Drive through was painfully slow. Thankfully we had a large window of time to account for this. The drive-thru was designed in a smart way to account for long line ups, the only downside was how long we spent in the line close to 30 mins. It didn’t seem short staffed, not sure what the reason was for the slow turn over rate. This incident could have been just that day.
