The drive thru gentleman rep is very, very kind and personable. I even heard him greet the guy in front of me by name. Must be a regular. By far the friendliest Starbucks I've been to, even if it's the drive-thru.

The employee told us, we couldn't order our shaken espresso with "no ice", even it says it on the menu. We got real frustrated and walked in to show her -____- not that she didn't know, she also recommended a HOT DRINK, even we were trying to cool off at 101f *____* I wish, employees would know the menu better, honestly and would try to find help/ask a supervisor instead of having us walk in instead of using the quick option with all our children. Otherwise, they are real slow, even there's no costumers and 3 people are working sometimes. No restrooms are available, so you better stop somewhere else.

Today I ordered something like a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. The drink wasn’t all the way filled up to the top and the kind barista asked me if I would like more ice or oat milk to fill the void. I’ve never had anyone ask before so that was awesome. I work hard for every penny I earn so I always appreciate a full cup. My baristas from this location are always so cool and friendly. I do wish there was seating inside the shop but otherwise, this is a great place. My pup named Rusty loves them too! -Breanna D.

Terrible! I don't know what it is with Starbucks and bathrooms. They purposely build these under a certain square footage to not add customer bathrooms. If someone has a real emergency, the employees will look you in the eye and lie to you saying that they don't have any bathrooms and that even the employees there have to go to Walgreens to use the restroom. Appalling! The employees are also ignorant of Texas laws (Ally's law?) Switching to Black Rock. Enough is enough!

This is just the worst Starbucks drink my daughter and I have ever had in all our life. And the lady at the drive through was super rude when we complained nicely and just gave us a few pumps of the syrup to make it better. I just can’t believe this is Starbucks. No thanks! Well go back to Summermoon right across the street where we get the best coffee and service!!

Took about 10 minutes in the drive thru, received wrong order and my sandwich was served cold. Straight out of the fridge.
Cute little Starbucks. You can walk in and order to-go items from the counter, and the baristas are super nice. Got a free cake pop for visiting this morning. Look forward to being able to walk from my house to get good coffee without crossing Parmer.

Convenient, new location, opened on Monday, 26 June 2023. Glad this location finally opened...but NO dine-in available...a little disappointing. Food is just about the same as all Starbucks. Friendly staff.
