Wow out of everything I wanted. And also displayed new items that weren’t for sale. Also wanted merchandise I could physically see and touch and could not buy it. Do better.

I enjoyed a delicious pumpkin cream cold brew at here. The store was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of seating. I didn’t have to wait long for my drink, and the service was efficient.

Put in an online order for a matche latte woth almond milk and little ice. They made it with dairy milk which makes me very sick and nauseated and they filled the cup with ice. They did not follow directions.

One of the Best Starbucks in downtown I prefer this location over the other ones in downtown the team is so nice and genuine. It’s always a amazing experience.

Please fix the wifi here. My phone was in the shop next door and wasn't able to work on my laptop at this location due to the Wi-Fi being down.

Walked in- had to wait at the counter for 3 minutes while the man taking orders just stood there- then I asked for an iced water and he refused to give me ice and gave me this… I’ve never had ice water be an issue

When I arrived in Austin, TX via a flight I needed a place to relax before the next leg of my trip. Found this location to be easily accessible from the downtown area. What impressed me most was the tasty oatmeal drink, local recommendations, and an explanation on how olive oil can be added to coffee drinks. 10/10 :)

I love Starbucks coffee! This establishment was a few minutes walk from my hotel, so it was a no-brainer I would frequent the place. Clean and friendly but a slight gripe it closes at 17.00hrs in the early evening. Great blueberry muffins too! You can't go wrong with Starbucks.
