Came here for the first time doing some errands. It’s nice that this place has parking lots even near downtown Austin. The item I ordered was good; brown sugar frappetino!
I’ll get it again!

This morning I went to pick up an order at the 15th St. Starbuck's for an organization-wide retreat for the organization I work for. It seems that there might have been a miscommunication with my team on which location the order had been placed. All to say, I was late arriving due to an accident on Mopac and the order hadn't been placed. Tanner and John jumped into action preparing coffee travelers for my team of 120. I was so frazzled, and they couldn't have been kinder and calmer dealing with me, all while also handling the morning rush. In just a few minutes I had coffee for our whole staff ready to go. Thank you Tanner and John for your kindness and exceptional service!

Tanner’s customer service is 10/10. I work a street over so my coworkers and I come here almost weekly and every single time he has ever helped me he’s gone above and beyond and is so kind. He always starts my day in good spirits. Thank you Tanner!!🫶🏼

Not a good experience. Very slow service, took almost 30 minutes to get 3 drinks. The barista didn’t seem to be in a hurry or care about what he was doing. My drink was made incorrectly. When you are paying $6 for a coffee it’s frustrating when you don’t get what you ordered. Don’t get me wrong, I love Starbucks but won’t go to this location again.

Not a coffee drinker but I stopped in because I had a gift card given to me by a client and it was a chilly day. Staff helped me make a selection that would satisfy my taste as a non coffee drinker and they were on point. There was a nice dining area with plenty of seating.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks location. Despite it being a busy spot, my coffee order was made quickly and correctly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve visited!

I enjoyed a delicious pumpkin cream cold brew at here. The store was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of seating. I didn’t have to wait long for my drink, and the service was efficient.

Put in an online order for a matche latte woth almond milk and little ice. They made it with dairy milk which makes me very sick and nauseated and they filled the cup with ice. They did not follow directions.
