Love this place! Admittedly, they get points for convenience, as they're just down the street from me, but even when they weren't we drove out of our way to visit. You never need to order a double shot, as the bartenders pour well, there's always (GOOD!) Karaoke, and the atmosphere is juuuuuuust the right amount of trashy. Original Manchaca. A not-so-hole-in-the-wall-anymore bar that offers ~15 pool tables, karaoke nights, friendly staff and clean enough facilities, and the prices are far better than any awful trendy 6th street joint. Glad they've stuck it out longer than most places down South of town.
Very casual atmosphere and a good crowd for a Tuesday night. There are plenty of pool tables and a tabletop version of shuffleboard, which was a lot of fun. Great place to relax, visit with friends and have fun!
