Luna Espresso - Catering Warehouse

My husband and I just got married last weekend and Luna was one of the first vendors we booked when wedding planning. We knew we wanted coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and espresso martinis and Luna Espresso perfectly delivered. They are professional and thoughtful, and overall very pleasant to work with. Our wedding day was on the chillier side and having delicious, warm coffee and hot chocolate was a definite plus. I also really wanted an espresso martini tower and Luna confirmed the aesthetic we were going for, supplied nice glassware, made great martinis in the actual tower, and just made it look so brilliant. The tower was also a hit! Our friends were excitedly waiting while we poured and the photos are some of my favorite from the night. We hired Luna Espresso for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! My husband and I are huge coffee nerds (we even have our own espresso machine at home), and we were absolutely blown away by the quality of their coffee. The drinks were smooth, rich, and perfectly crafted, and their house-made syrups were amazing!

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the coffee was! The baristas were so kind and personable, wishing us congratulations and even complimenting all the little details we’d put into the day, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The cart itself looked so chic and elegant, fitting right in with our wedding aesthetic. Honestly, my only regret is not finding more time to sneak away for another latte or two!

We had Luna Espresso come to our Airbnb for our event and it was such a hit. Danielle was truly the best and made the whole experience so fun and effortless for our group. Their mobile espresso cart was the perfect addition to our morning, offering both iced and hot lattes as well as matchas so everyone found something they loved. The drink specials like the pumpkin butternut latte and the blackberry matcha were such a unique touch and absolutely delicious. The setup was beautiful, the drinks were amazing, and it made our weekend feel extra special. We would highly recommend booking them for any event, bachelorette or girls trip in Austin!

Luna is the best! Great communication and organisation ahead of time, excellent service and of course delicious coffee!! If you need a coffee cart for your event, book them. They rock.

We hired Luna for our infant's first birthday party as a gift to ourselves. Couldn't have been happier with Kat and Danielle's service, quality and hospitality. The coffee cart was everyone's first stop. An easy way to impress guests and offer them a luxury you rarely see at gatherings. Plus I got to geek out with Kat about the coffee scene and roasters. Highly recommend Luna as a simple way to upgrade an event.

This is the 2nd time we've used the Luna coffee cart as a condo complex community activity. And we will use them again and again! Coffee is delicious...and a nice variety of choices. Plus the team are REALLY friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Danielle and Kat! Highly recommend!

Seriously incredible quality coffee! I was so surprised as they were a caterer at a wedding with a small cart. And the 2 girls running it were so sweet and Rachel went on about how she loves the company they work for and how great their boss is (rare to hear!!) delicious coffee! Attended an event today and was treated to Luna expresso! It was the most delicious custom coffee experience. My selective wife was so pleased when they accommodated her with a delicious almond milk latte with a heart on top. Every cup is custom made. It was a huge hit and I highly recommend Luna for your next event.

Luna Espresso provided a pop-up coffee experience at my marketing agency's annual Summer party. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the surprise and coffee! They provided custom cups to match our event theme as well as a signature drink, a Smores Latte. Thank you Danielle!!

Luna Espresso was a pleasure to work with for our outdoor February wedding. Communication was always quick and efficient and they made everything very easy on our end, as they came with everything they needed. The team was incredibly sweet and when we had trouble locating a working outlet, they were very flexible and worked so hard to help resolve the issue. Not knowing the temperature outside, we wanted to make sure our guests had a warm beverage if the night got chilly! The coffee was incredibly delicious, and everyone loved the signature lattes we got to pick. They also allowed us to use our custom stickers and coasters at the coffee bar too, it was such a cute touch! Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious it was and how it was a nice pick me up for the end of a magical evening. I could not recommend Luna Espresso enough for your future coffee needs! I had Luna Expresso for a wedding shower I hosted. Great communication and quick response time. My son and his fiance truly are coffee lovers and having a coffee cart was an extra nice touch. So happy to have found Luna Expresso. Guests all enjoyed the coffee menu and thought it was all delicious. Very friendly , professional baristas that came in, set up, served and packed up smoothly.
