Excellent experience. The restaurant made it memorable for my sons 17th birthday. Best steak in Texas.

Outdoor service was good, not great. Food was lacking taste and no hot. Truly disappointed for the price.

This was our first time to visit Steiner Ranch for brunch, and we were blown away. The quality of the food and the constant attentive, courteous, and helpful service from every member of the staff astonished us. For the price, I can't imagine a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Enjoyed a beautiful view. A large selection of delicious foods to choose from. Amanda creates the most enjoyable meals with great attention to details.

It has to be the best brunch in town. The food is delicious, the service is attentive, and the pineapple mimosas go down too quick and easy. Already looking forward to next time.

It's such a great place. Sunset are the best. The food is wonderful. It's nice that they have a band on the deck, but you end up having to scream to have a conversation at the table at a 4 top.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here on Easter, and overall, the experience started off great — our server was excellent and the food was just as good. We left the restaurant happy, until we discovered that our car, which was parked directly in front of the entrance, had been involved in a hit and run. When we brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, Nicki, we were shocked by her response. She informed us there were no cameras and that we were on private property, which didn't make much sense in terms of how that was supposed to help us. Rather than offering support or showing any concern, she simply told us to call the police and walked away. We understand that accidents happen and that the restaurant may not be directly responsible, but the complete lack of empathy, communication, or even a basic effort to help made a difficult situation much worse. Our Easter Sunday ended on a very frustrating note—not just because of the hit and run, but because of how poorly the situation was handled. Sadly, this experience has made us question whether we'll be returning.

Steiner never disappoints! The steaks and fish were cooked to perfection. They were very busy for the Easter week and still provided excellent service and food!

We looked forward to Easter brunch for 2 weeks. We show up for our 3:15 reservation on time and were seated quickly. Walking past the buffet line it was busy with customers. The hostess then hands us a menu and informs us that brunch ended at 3pm. There was NO information online when we booked it that it was over at 3. We were very annoyed about this, so we call for a “manager” who was snippy and rude and was ready for an argument. Incredibly unprofessional for a 5 star restaurant and uncalled for. She was unapologetic and refused to let us go to the buffet and said, its either order off the menu or nothing. We said ok! We're leaving and you've just lost a very good customer. Shame on Steiner Ranch, you should know to do better than this.

I recently celebrated a special occasion with a party of 10 at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our waiter, William, was incredible—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each entree was cooked to perfection; I had the Steak Diana and my husband had the Fried Elk and both of our entrees were incredibly delicious. We also had several of their appetizers and desserts, all were delicious. We were also pleasantly surprised by how quickly our meals arrived—only about 30 minutes after we ordered for a party of 10 on a Friday night! The large portions were more than enough to satisfy everyone, and I don’t think a single person at our table managed to finish their plate. Even though we couldn’t see Lake Travis due to it being late at night, the low lighting of the restaurant created a warm and intimate atmosphere. Their menus were easy to read, even in the low lighting, as they light up upon being opened. We were seated at the back of the restaurant and the floor-to-ceiling windows showcased the stunning lights of the Hill Country. We had a reservation for 7 PM and were seated right on time, which is always appreciated. Steiner Ranch Steakhouse has definitely earned its five stars, and I can’t wait to return for another amazing meal. Highly recommend!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dining in ATX. We were celebrating my 35th birthday. We waited over an hour for food that came out cold, undercooked or overcooked. Once we began speaking to the manager, he spoke to us in a demeaning tone, and was very nasty. When we told him we did not want food he began to snatch it off the table. He told us he was the only manager and we could leave our information for someone else to reach out. In reality he was NOT THE ONLY manager. I’ll give this place a 0/10 and wouldn’t recommend it to my dead dog. The level of service received does not reflect menu prices for a place that wants to be “upscale”. To go to a restaurant to celebrate my birthday one to walk out in tears is ridiculous. The managers name was Steven

The brunch was really nice and the atmosphere was great eventhough they sat us in the corner which I dislike. The server could have been friendlier.

I tried working for this company. While I as in training I was in the kitchen training. The person training Michael told me to get bread out of he oven. There was only 1 oven mitt and I burnt my arm trying to get the bread out of the oven.. told Michael whathappened. They didn't recommend anything. Later I went to the er to get it looked at 2nd degree burn on my left arm. I went o tell this to the manager not jp a diff.. I told me we have a doc to go to but they never gave me the info and scheduled like they said. Tried sweeping it under the rug. I did hire a lawyer. This was day 3 in training after 2 weeks in training then all of a sudden I'm not good enough .let go.. the way they handled this was wrong. I definitely did not expect this from a nice company.
