Ew. Just ew. Texas Roadhouse is way better by 1000%. We stayed about an hr. Got our food and was like ew what is this. Steak wasn’t medium rare like we asked, beans were SO SWEET, like why. Potatoe wedges and crab Mac and cheese didn’t taste like anything, please season your food lol Took a couple bites and asked to pack it. Went home and felt sick, threw up a little bit and gave the food to my dogs. My dogs ended up throwing up too. Ew. Just ew. Also nice view of a parking lot lol

I want to start this by saying the FOOD! Is sooo amazing! Best meal I’ve had b such a loooong time! 10000/10.Service:For the amount of money I am spending on a meal I would hope to have superb service and that unfortunately was not the case at all.I want to start by saying I am not one to nit pick but I just was not happy with the service I received. I asked a few things from the server and was just forgotten about. I asked the server to box up the rest of my appetizer so we could make room for our entrees. The appetizer sat on the table till the end of our meal. Not a big deal just something to point out. I asked the server twice for extra bread she forgot and then at 9:45ish we asked again maybe 9:50 and she said they couldn’t provide the bread, there was no more. I would understand that had I not asked prior. So that was frustrating. Also if I’m spending hundreds of dollars on a meal you should have these things available until the end of your meal no matter what. That’s my opinion though. I wasn’t offered a dessert I wanted to get a dessert but was not offered one and not brought a dessert menu and honestly at that point I was frustrated.Lastly the thing that really frustrated me was that we gave the card to our server she disappeared for about 20 minutes give or take and when we saw her again she was running food checking on her tables and refilling drinks meanwhile it was getting really cold on the patio I was standing up ready to go at this point hoping she would get the hint , but unfortunately that did not happen. I had to walk up to her and ask her if I needed to get the card from her and then the light bulb went off that she needed to swipe our card. It was not busy by the way it was past 10pm at this point.I’m writing this in hopes to improve because the food is sooo good just need to work on the service aspect.

The food was delish and everything was hot and perfectly prepared, the service was wonderful!! We were inside, and normally, I like background piano music, but it got too repetitive and a bit too loud. Didn't like the bread pudding though.

Had a wonderful dinner here last night. We had a reservation that was easily booked on OpenTable ahead of time. From the bread to entree the food was amazing. I personally couldn't order a steak this time due to some medical restriction but I had a few tastes of my husband's Texas Ribeye it was fantastic! I've had steak at Peter Luger's a few years ago & I would position last nights steak 2nd to what I had at Peter Luger's in NYC. We had the stuffed avocado & crab cakes for appetizer. Amazing. The crab cakes tasted like they're made fresh & weren't just full of breading, ample amount of delicious real crab meat. My husband loved his stuffed avocado said the pulled pork was really good he had to actively stop eating it so he'd have room for his steak. I had the Sea Bass special & was extremely happy with my choice. Cooked thoroughly to perfection. It tasted like it literally came off from the pan because it was hot! Temp wise but it was soooo good. We didn't have room for dessert but we took home a chuck wagon cheesecake, can't wait to try that today!!!!

We very much enjoyed spending our 10th anniversary here for dinner....the food was absolutely fantastic. The appetizers, main course, drinks and desert all absolutely top notch. Definitely will not be our last visit. The scenery was very nice, had dinner during sunset. Overall, an A+ experience
We made a reservation for Sunday brunch. Why do you not explain over the phone that you cannot reserve outside tables but accept a reservation. We reserved online, THEN CALLED TO CONFIRM. Jason, the manager sounded very scripted and did not resolve our issue. We sat inside after the fact just to be accommodated. The manager made 0 attempt to resolve our problem, and in fact blamed the hostess trainer Michelle for training the person who confirmed our outdoor reservation over the phone. Why do you overbook? We ate your brunch buffet. Mid meal, I went to the restroom because something didn't sit right in my stomach. I literally threw up and felt better. Server's don't refill waters or drinks unless we ask? Isn't this a star restaurant? I've been here before and this was a disaster in comparison.

So why didn’t they tell us that on the phone when we called and made reservations. The service was terrible. The waiter never came by to refill our water or to ask if we wanted another drink

I am extremely disappointed. I made a reservation for my friends, who I’m hosting from Dallas, and when I called to confirm the reservation, I was disappointed to be denied the reservation by a rude worker who said his name was Jason. I don’t know his position in the company, but he was arrogant and should not be dealing with any customers. Extremely disrespectful and poor representation of the company.This would have been my 5th visit to this restaurant because I really enjoyed their Sunday brunch. It’s safe to say I will never go back there again. The entire phone call was extremely disturbing.

Nothing will make me not return faster than the manager coming to a table of 6 (2 of them medical providers) asking, for a lack of better words, “when we’re leaving” because of other people waiting, when half the restaurant is unoccupied and they have live music playing, as if their staffing issue is suddenly my problem. We had not been there all day, we have 2 kids, 11 and 8, trust me, we weren’t there any longer than we needed to be. Food was mediocre at best. Our server Michael was superb. Visit with caution. ✌?
