I did a bbq tour trying to hit up as many spots as a possible and this place was not on my must visits. I came here after being told food ran out at a different restaurant.
But let me tell you I was wrong about this place. Stiles Switch is legit. They got a great operation going. Their operation moves their customers through the lines way faster than the mainstream established spots.
Their food was really good too. If I was a local, id avoid the cult like bbq spot and come here 10/10. I got the ribs, brisket, and sausage and they were just as flavorful and juicy as all the other great spots in the area.
Very underrated spot. Definitely a must visit and cant go wrong here.

Talk about a taste of Austin, Texas! This original Stiles Switch location is such a phenomenal representation of everything unique and cool about this community. Seriously, the vibe and character are around every corner here. I already love the Cedar Park, Texas location, but whenever I'm in Austin, swinging by the original spot is a non-negotiable—and let me tell you, the consistency across both locations is next level! I was absolutely craving it and went straight for the classics: the incredible Beef Rib, perfectly seasoned Fries, and some killer Mac & Cheese. To top off the already great meal, the General Manager even helped me out outside, making the whole experience feel personal and truly exceptional. I love, love, love me some Stiles Switch!

Great ribs, the wet brisket is just that JUICY, and the sides were too notch I went with Brussel sprouts and corn casserole. 2 Aggies demanded we go here for lunch, next time I'm going beef ribs after hearing them go on about it.

BBQ nirvana. Perfected ribs and brisket. Smoked turkey is tender and very moist. Brussel sprouts are a delicious side with a mildly hot kick. I travelled the Southwest for years and this is one of the very best. Oh, and the best and crispiest chicken wings I ever had.

In town for work and we were super hungry. We decided to try this place to avoid waiting for the train to cross tracks in order to go to a different place we found online. Wow, I'm so glad we landed here instead!!!!!
We had the ribs, brisket and jalapeno cheddar sausage. Also ordered Mac n cheese, brussel sprouts and corn casserole. Just wow. We really enjoyed everything...this is the first barbecue joint where I hardly touched the barbecue sauce.
I also need to mention how amazing and friendly everyone was. We felt very welcomed as if I was stopping by at a friend's.
I wish we lived closer!

I’ve been eating Texas brisket every time I come to Austin and by now I would say try the other samplings on the menu bc brisket is pretty much even among all the bbq joints.
Go for their wings and picanha when it’s available. The spare ribs and mac and cheese did not disappoint.
