Still Austin Whiskey Co.

Still Austin has a great vibe and great cocktails. The Antone’s stage addition is a winner! But two things lacking are more food selection offerings on the grounds besides pizza and also missing the Order of Nancy cocktails menu. Bring it back please!

Our tour guide, Charlie, was very knowledgeable about bourbon and other related alcohol products. The tour was very informative and he was a very good host.

Charlie is excellent! We arrived in the evening (Nov. 6) to start our visit of Austin. He enlightened us to the history and process of the distillery. The facility is really interesting to see, and now the context of grain-to-glass makes the whole whiskey experience more enjoyable. Thank you!

Such a nic distillery and to be in town is the best. They make some nice cocktails along with distilling some pretty good whiskey. It is nice they have music) entertainment on the stage outside.

Had a blast at Still Austin Distillery. These folks know how to do things right! From giving a great and informative tour (Charlie rocks!), having industries and systems in place to be efficient and as eco friendly as possible and to top it off - make some incredible spirits.. Seriously, you guys are crushing it!

Excellent high quality tasting options with amazing customer service! The bourbons and ryes were high quality with complex taste profiles. Tin came and allowed us to try some of their newly released and highly sought after ryes beyond the tasting we order which were ALL excellent! Pretty much ruined me for future ryes! The fall cocktail menu was also amazing!

My visit and tour of Still Austin was excellent. I've been wanting to go for awhile and they did not disappoint The tour was very informative and reinforced how awesome this distillery is and the tasting showcased world class whiskey/bourbon...I love this stuff!

We love Still Austin so much and go way too much.
We had some friends visiting and thought the tour would be a great idea. It didn’t disappoint at all. Dylan was amazing and we all learned so much.
Will definitely be doing this tour again when we have people in town.

I thought it was a very good tour, our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. I do wish our tasting would have included something more interesting and I wish we could have purchased Nancy’s Pick apparently it was sold out. I feel holding these bottles back for purchase from tour members would be appropriate as you could always put them out to purchase for the public at any time. I do enjoy the Still Austin Bourbon though.
