I went to the brick and mortar Stonys on Hwy. 290 about 3 miles past the "Y" in Oak Hill. Pizza was great, owner was friendly and helpful. Got a large Margarita pizza and an Antipasto salad. Both excellent. Looking forward to having a great pizza place nearby.

I just threw out an entire large pizza I had delivered from here. It was so thin, soggy, cold and undercooked I was afraid to even take a bite. Never again! Waste of money!

Terrible Service and Unacceptable Treatment at Stony's PizzaI feel compelled to share my recent experience with Stony's Pizza, which was utterly disappointing and left me appalled at the level of service and treatment I received. I placed an online order for three pizzas and a calzone and sent my son to the restaurant to pick them up.Upon receiving the order, it became immediately evident that something was terribly wrong. Unfortunately, the pizza I had ordered was severely burned, rendering it completely inedible. Not only was the pizza overcooked, but the crust was also disappointingly hard, lacking the desired softness. To address this issue, I promptly called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction. I introduced myself to the person who answered the phone and explained the situation regarding the burnt pizza. Shockingly, before I could fully convey my concerns, the person abruptly hung up on me, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction.Undeterred by this disrespectful behavior, I made a second call to the restaurant. This time, the person on the other end answered my call, but without exchanging pleasantries or allowing me to introduce myself. I proceeded to explain, once again, my dissatisfaction with the pizza due to it being burned. To my dismay, instead of addressing my concerns, the person engaged in a side conversation with someone nearby, completely ignoring my complaint.Waiting patiently for the person to refocus their attention, I reiterated my request for a replacement pizza, hoping they would rectify the situation. However, to my disappointment, they suggested a refund instead. I made it clear that my preference was to receive a freshly cooked pizza rather than a refund. I believed this to be a reasonable request given the circumstances. However, it appeared that my concerns were being dismissed, and my request was not taken seriously. To my shock and dismay, a young man abruptly grabbed the phone from the previous person and, without any provocation, proceeded to use derogatory language towards me before hanging up. Such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with paying customers.I find it disheartening that Stony's Pizza, which should prioritize customer satisfaction, would exhibit such poor service and mistreatment toward its patrons. The lack of attention to my concerns, coupled with the offensive language used towards me, has left a lasting negative impression. As a result of this distressing experience, I cannot recommend Stony's Pizza to anyone. The lack of regard for customer satisfaction, coupled with the subpar quality of the food and the disrespectful treatment I encountered, is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and ensures that future customers do not have to endure such a disappointing and disrespectful experience.

Stony's has routinely canceled my order through delivery services after over an hour. Additionally, I went in person to the Rainey location and was charged $58 for two slices and 2 Dr.Peppers. Pizza is a 610; Service/Staff brain Computational power = 0. Sorry, not sorry Stony's. Hard thumbs down.

Awesome Veggie Pizza. Been having for the last 3-4 years regularly when they come to my office site. Classic crust, cheese, veggies...just perfect. Love their ethics...they never pester the customers asking for Tip when charging through Credit card. Absolutely must try in Austin

This is an example of how a place with a good product, totally kills it with their customer service.I understand the crowd is drunks in the middle of the night trying to get something to eat after last call. However, even after paying 8 bucks a slice, they don’t keep track of anything. My wife ordered a whole pizza and they kept giving out slices for 30 mins to other people. Multiple people kept getting upset and just walking away because they weren’t getting served. It wasn’t until I went up and stood in front of the line that the guy finally put our pizza in the oven.Look, the pizza is awesome, but the customer service is not worth it. How hard is it to hand out numbers?Added a star cause the pizza was good.

This truck was at an event. I had the following issues - 1. No menu or pics. Could not determine if they sold by the slice, small individual pies, and style of pizza until I saw someone else get their order. This also means no prices until you have placed your order. This leads to #2.2. $5 per slice. It's at an outdoor event so I would expect inflated prices. But still a shock since you can't adjust expectations due to lack of menu.3. Extremely slow moving line. I was 6th in line and it took 30 mins before I received my 2 cheese slices. I cannot understand why this moved so extremely slow.4. Pizza was mediocre. Their were little to no sauce and the crust was too hard and dry. The cheese on it was not bad through. It certainly was not the worst slice I have had in Austin but it's not top tier either.Btw, all the other carts had menus and prices listed and their lines moved much faster so this was just unique to Stony's Pizza. So there are lots of things these people can do to optimize their operations to provide a better and more pleasant experience.

Ordered from the location on 290. We got a pizza that was pretty good and broccoli chicken alfredo that was just so so. It would be amazing if the alfredo sauce had more parmesan. The way we got it was a disappointment. We wanted to love it all, but didn't.

I've eaten at Stony's 290 before and loved their pizza AND the pasta dishes. But this evening they showed their true customer service colors! We came in and ordered some food to eat in (not to go), and then presented them with some payment weirdness -- vouchers that were given to us to make up for a 10-hour (!) layover/delay at JFK airport. Well, the vouchers didn't work (after a lot of trying), so we just paid and sat down. The salad came, but no pizza -- and we watched at least a dozen go out the door. Hmmmm.I went up to ask if our order had been lost in all the payment confusion. Turned out it was sitting in a to-go box waiting for pickup. Manager was very apologetic, and said if it was not still hot enough, he'd make us a fresh one. It was great, though -- still as hot as if we had gotten it takeout. We're munching away happily when he brings us free "refills" of our adult beverages, just to make it up to us.They do things right, and the food is amazing! Y'all should give them a try sometime. It's great to have good Italian out here past Oak Hill :-)

It was ok for being grubhubbed if it wasn’t for the storm we would have went there ourselves

I love this place off 290!!! Besides a little error with online ordering (happens in any business with technology) the pizza is so good! Everything from the dough to the cheese!!! The customer service was great as well with the manager :-) I'll definitely be back!

It's been a while since I've had some solid large slice Pizza. This was part of a Yelp event that we went to so we got the pepperoni. Really delicious, nice and crispy just the way I like it

I have ordered delivery twice from these jerks. Both times, one hour later, I got a message saying the order was canceled. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
