Best venue in Austin for a concert in my opinion. Just the right size. Easy location.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Food was a different story. Our brisket was dry and extremely unseasoned, we had it replaced with turkey and that was also mediocre. The sausage and pork ribs were just ok, Mac and coleslaw was sour tasting, the only food item that was good was the ice tea and collards.

Irony of it all, the staff didn’t even seem surprised when we complained, but we paid our bill and went to find another restaurant. I should’ve believed the recent reviews.

I went to a concert tonight and the staff was absolutely amazing. I have a walking impairment and the staff kindly accommodated me to make my concert experience memorable and comfortable. My son also had had a medical emergency and the staff was so helpful to help my son with his dehydration spell. I'm so grateful y'all's staff went above and beyond.

Large portions of turkey and brisket. Mac and cheese was very good, served with a large portion of French fries, but there are other sides to choose from. They no longer serve cobbler.

Best venue. When purchasing VIP, make sure you read the fine print. Liberty Lunch VIP only means you get access to upstairs patio (speakers block the view) and free food and non-alcoholic drinks. I purchased these thinking I was going to do a meet and greet. Nope. I wasn't the only one who got duped.

Came for the gospel brunch. An ok band that looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Wouldn’t call it gospel music personally but I’m not an expert. The bbq plate was terrible. Dry brisket that tasted like it was days old. Brisket reheats really well even if it was cooked the day before. No excuse for that. Lots of overcooked bacon, home fries that also tasted days old. Sausage the only acceptable bit of food on the plate. We were there less than an hour and the total for 2 was $130. Would not recommend the brunch whatsoever

I truly wanted to enjoy the food, but unfortunately, it was quite dry and lacked flavor. That said, the barbecue sauce was absolutely fantastic! The incredible service and lively atmosphere more than made up for the food. I’d definitely come back for a concert and likely stick to ordering a drink. The staff here were exceptionally friendly, making the experience so much better!

The service was good but the actual BBQ is not great, the mac and cheese was okay but there are so many better places around.

Stopped in on a whim after attending the Texas Craft Brew Festival and was not disappointed. Good BBQ and live bands.
