Overall, it was pretty good. I did love the alligator bites.
They didn't have any crawfish. Is kind of why I marked it down. He said he was having a tough time with his supplier. Very personal people. And they do have a lot of Cajun seasonings and stuff like that, if you're looking for any of that. So it's kind of a mini mini Cajun market, along with a restaurant.

Poor quality seafood and wouldn’t give a refund. Won’t go back. Poor quality fishy tasting shrimp, disgusting.

A quart of shrimp etoufee should contain more than 7 shrimp. Else, the only thing it smothers is the rice…

Great price for a variety of southern classics. The staff were professional and courteous. I was really looking forward to the gator, but it was a little too fried to appreciate its flavor. But perhaps that's how it's meant to be. I was pretty stuffed by the end.

Bought some andouille sausage for my gumbo. Avoid it at all cost, 10% meat 90% FAT!! terrible

South Louisiana Cajun. Needed dry roux in a pinch and they were the only one's who had it. My first time here. Prices on dry roux and Cajun Power Spaghetti sauce were great. Service great. I saw Boudin and Texas Boudin, so I got Boudin. Yuk! Not sure what that was, other than chicken, rice and chicken broth. No liver. Tasted weird! Based on that, not sure I'd go back for Poboys or anything else except dry roux. Picture below of the worst Boudin in Texas. No green onion, no pork, no liver. No taste.

First time eating from them today. I got the large gator poboy, hush puppies, and smothered green beans. Not a big fan of the green beans, but the poboy and hush puppies did not disappoint (11 outta 10)! I will try the fried oysters and order meat next time and report back.

This is the real deal in Austin for you Cajun lovers out there. NW off 620 at Lakecreek. They got it all: alligator, boudin of every flavor, frog legs, cajun done pork rolls, Turducken, it's all here. Want a bite? There's also a small eat in cafe. Sweet Jesus! It's good!
