Great price for a variety of southern classics. The staff were professional and courteous. I was really looking forward to the gator, but it was a little too fried to appreciate its flavor. But perhaps that's how it's meant to be. I was pretty stuffed by the end.
South Louisiana Cajun. Needed dry roux in a pinch and they were the only one's who had it. My first time here. Prices on dry roux and Cajun Power Spaghetti sauce were great. Service great. I saw Boudin and Texas Boudin, so I got Boudin. Yuk! Not sure what that was, other than chicken, rice and chicken broth. No liver. Tasted weird! They didn't have any crawfish. Is kind of why I marked it down. He said he was having a tough time with his supplier. Very personal people. And they do have a lot of Cajun seasonings and stuff like that, if you're looking for any of that. So it's kind of a mini mini Cajun market, along with a restaurant.
